2 different towers . Elevators from both towers to Reception is like a maze run. Directional signs are visible ( signs are there for people who already know that they are there)
Too many options in breakfast
The quality of cold is good , hot options are also ok but not as cold options.
Tea is not good , need better boilers and pots.
Service quality and attitude of workers are amazing. Very polite , kind and fast both at food and reception points.
Excutive lounge is one of its kind, plenty of pricy drinks and you can even dine if you arrive at service hours.
Rooms are one of best you can stay at this price , good sound isolation. Clean /roomy rainshower for one person.
Free closed Parking for staying people , direct reach from room to parking area and from parking to lobby.
Security x ray control like airports.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel next to main highway /subway/bus stop at the center of istanbul anatolian side where many giant malls ans shopping streats are at walking distance.

A pleasant hotel. But it was February, and it was cold in the rooms. The ventilation is unclear, it's cold, and then the heat in the room overnight. Beautiful view of the city from the window. The breakfasts are average, but you won't stay hungry.
