The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars! We stayed at this hotel from March 4-7, 2025. There were no bathrobes, no toothpaste with a brush, no soap in the room. I had to ask. They were given a set once for all the days. The robes are torn. The breakfasts are very meager, there is practically nothing to eat. The mattresses on the beds are too soft and uncomfortable, the pillows are terrible! But the most disgusting thing is that on the last day of my stay, 600 grams of baklava was stolen from the refrigerator (mini-bar), which I bought for my son, it was in a transparent box sealed with duct tape and in a white bag. When I told the reception about it, at first they didn't even listen, then they searched our suitcases for the fact that we had hidden it, and now we demand something from them. Then they told us that they hadn't found anything and it couldn't have happened to them, no one had taken it, and that we were lying!!! Instead of apologizing and sorting it out, they also accused us!!! That's the kind of horror I had to go through in this terrible hotel!!! Take care of your nerves and stay away from this hotel!!! It is located right at a transport interchange and it is very inconvenient to get there, you need to spin around for a long time to get to the hotel.
