I stayed at this hotel for the fourth time. It is already possible to remove several stars from this hotel. You won't be able to get even slippers anymore, you won't be able to ask for water. It seems that discrimination by nationality is flourishing, I was forced to buy an adapter for 5 pounds, although they gave it to people of European nationality for free
