I go there often, but yesterday I was very disappointed with this place. They didn't immediately want to sit at the same table with a girl who was already finishing eating. Then I had to wait for the menu, then I was told that my order would have to wait 40 minutes. Although the hall in the institution is half empty. I ordered grilled vegetables, thighs in sauce and 50 cognac. What to fry there for 40 minutes is not clear. When finally the thighs were brought to me, but neither the vegetables nor the skate were brought, my patience ran out. I called the waiter and said that I would like to eat and drink everything I ordered. In the end, I waited for almost an hour. It's a shame and the mood is spoiled. And I came to eat well in a pleasant place. It was a double shame when I noticed that the young girls were served for 20 minutes. In general, they ruined my first day of vacation. At least the food was delicious.Respect to the cook.

I came with a friend to have a snack after work, not only was the landing in the hall not complete, so we waited more than an hour for our dish to be cooked and brought to us. I don't think khinkali (10 pieces) are cooked for more than an hour. I don't say anything about the administrator at all, the girl absolutely doesn't care, there are visitors, there are none (I talked and communicated with someone 24/7 on my phone), a young couple came after us, who waited 5 minutes for the waiter to approach them and they would make an order, of course the couple left. Bad guys, disappointed.

We have been to the institution itself more than once in the Momo shopping center and every time, both during the week and on weekends, the waiting time for an Order is at least 60 minutes!!!I would like to improve the service precisely by the time of the order for the institution itself, and not for delivery, as the staff says again!!!! Despite the fact that the workload of the hall was constantly No more than 30-40%!We have never waited so long for an order at any other point in Minsk, although we visit it every other day… Please take into account!!!!

The impression is twofold. We went in to have a quick meal, and ended up sitting for about 1.5 hours. The waiter came up to us to take the order only 15 minutes later. Khinkali waited endlessly for a long time - just all 1.5 hours. Moreover, the people who came after us brought the same khinkali faster.
In terms of food: khinkali and dolma are beyond praise, and my husband's kharcho was very salty.
Such an assessment is a tribute to the cook, but because of such slow service, we are unlikely to visit this particular restaurant again.

Very badly spoiled are not interested in customers at all! There are reserved signs on the tables almost everywhere and always, and even if the customers who booked the table come in a couple of hours later, they do not give them a chance to eat at it! When boarding, they say that they will wait all 40 minutes, although they bring it faster! There are always a lot of things missing from the menu and they may not tell you about it right away, but only after half an hour! The quality of the food seems to be good so far! It is located in the Momo shopping center, but not in a noisy food court, but at the other end, where it is relatively quiet and peaceful. It is better to book a table in advance if you want a sofa with a good view outside the window. But there was always a place without armor. The dishes are not brought immediately, because they are prepared just for you, and they are not taken out of the refrigerator. There is an excellent homemade wine that you can buy with you. The staff is polite, the prices are reasonable

We wanted to spend a pleasant evening with our family, but we went by ambulance to do a CT scan of the child's brain. As a result, a concussion. Thanks to the management for taking such care of the children.

Delicious khachapuri boats, taste like in Georgia. Khinkali are small in size, not like in the country of origin. Long service, we come waiting for 10 minutes, then we wait again for 10 minutes,+cooking time 20-30 minutes. But they were quickly swallowed like wolves and there is no need to order anything else. And you need to eat slowly. Oblipichovy mors is not cooked correctly, it is delicious in Georgia, but not here. Delicious lemonades. 4 stars for khachapuri boats👍

Самая худшая хинкальня во всей сетке по Минску.Поясню:я очень люблю эту сеть ресторанов,часто их посещаю и обслуживание всегда достойное.Но это не про Хинкальню в Момо.Была в ней несколько раз и обслуживание всегда либо разочаровывает либо прямо скажем отвратительное. Отношение официантов к гостям такое,будто бы ты им что-то сильно задолжал. Блюда готовят по часу ,при не полной посадке зала. Но,расскажу про последний случай. Вчера 31.08 в районе 16.00 пришли перекусить с мужем любимыми блюдами. Заняли столик,к нам в течении 10 минут никто не подходил.Далее "поймав" мимо пробегающую девушку официанта,попросили меню. Она предупредила,что ждать придётся до часа.
На что я ей сказала :"Ок,мы сейчас очень быстро выберем и сделаем заказ,не убегайте пожалуйста далеко"В течение трёх минут мы определились,но к нам так никто и не подошёл.Минут через 15 подошла другая девушка и с недовольным лицом сообщила,что ждать придётся уже 1 час 20 минут минимум.(а мы уже потратили около 30 минут на ожидание обслуживания)Голодные и злые мы , естественно отказались ждать ещё такое колличество времени.Оффициантку это вполне удовлетворило. Повторюсь,посадка была не полная и клиентоориентированность у персонала отсутствует.Больше конкретно эту Хинкальню посещать не буду и никому не посоветую.

Суббота. Решили с мужем сходит на ужин.время 17 00. Пришли. Места много. Все душевно. Сели выбирать. Выбрали. Аджахури со свининой. Проходит 5 минут приходи официант и говорит что нету. Извините. В процессе приготовления. Авбирите что нибудь другое. Хорошо давайте говядину чашушули.хорошо говорит. Проходит 2 минуты подходит и говорит извини нету. В процессе приготовления. Выберите что нибудь а из мяса осталось только курица,которую я не им. Обидно. Вы мне испортили вечер субботы. Пришлось идти в другое место. Как можно не подготовится в субботу в 5 вечера. А раньше я у вас была частой гостьей,а сейчас вы мое разочарование.

Персонал приветливый. В четвером покушали без алкоголя на 110р. Очень сытно. Хинкали один раз вкусные, а второй раз пришли - были сухие внутри. Дети в восторге от хачапури по аджарски , а взрослые от бургера и хач.. по-менгерски(вроде так написала). Лимонад грузинский дорогой но вкусный. Клюквенный морс не насыщенный совсем. Время ожидания не долго. Атмосфера приятная, домашняя

Уже не первый раз посещаю это заведение именно в момо. Очень хорошее меню, варианты подачи. Даже в самой лютой запаре ребята очень быстро работают. Вкусно, сочно и всего хватает! Позиций очень много, как в самом меню, так и в барной карте. Место уединенное, тихое и уютное. Много места для гостей. Ребята молодцы! Очень рекомендую!

Хинкали просто ужасные. Мясо соеей напихано. Фарш в первые виду в хинкали. И они все не ровные Делаются с рубленого мясо. И это далеко не грузинские хинкали. Повора видимо не едет и не знают, как правильно готовить из. Официант на жто вопрос не дала даже ответ фарш с хрещами забитый одними приправами С люстр летит пыль. Санстацю туда надо.
