Polite waiters. The quality of the food is basically the same as in the whole network.
I'm shooting stars. The guys seemed to relax.
We stopped for lunch on Saturday. And not a single toilet works there!!! How is this possible? Neither wash your hands before eating , nor ... actually, nothing. As a girl, I need to visit the ladies' room, to which the waitress replied: "I need it too"! I am shocked by the situation. Thank you for your time and for leaving the guests hungry.

Everyone ordered the same dish, and it was brought to everyone at different times. But they didn't bring the sauce. While waiting for the sauce, the khinkali got cold. They also don't have ice cream. Today I took khinkali takeaway at the restaurant on Independence, 58, and this is a specialty dish, in relation to which Khinkalni simply has no right to make mistakes, to put it mildly, it failed. Firstly, it took the kitchen half an hour to handle my order for three whole Khinkali. Although, it is quite possible that the kitchen shared my waiting time with the waiter, because (secondly) the khinkali turned out to be completely cold. Thirdly, instead of the ordered 2 pieces with cheese and 1 with mushrooms, I got 2 with mushrooms and 1 with cheese. At the same time, there is not even a discount on takeaway orders, as in other restaurants of the chain. Although the discount would still not justify such a disregard for the guest. Disappointed.

We booked a table, upon arrival at the institution, the administrator was not in place, no one escorted us to the table. The menu indicated that khinkali with greens, in fact there were no greens in the khinkali. After we told this to the waiter at the time of payment and showed the photo, we only heard that they would give it to the cook, there was also no broth, the meat was tasteless. During the entire stay, the waiter did not come up once, even to pick up empty plates or used napkins. To pay the bill, I had to go myself and look for another waiter. They also ordered other hot dishes, the menu was written about vegetables in these dishes, there were no vegetables. There was nothing at all from the drinks, no tea, no juice, no kvass, not even plain water. During the payment of the check, the waiter did not even ask our opinion regarding the dishes, in principle, the service disappointed. I think this envy is not worth paying attention to, even looking at the menu, it is very small and indistinguishable:(

We've been wanting to come here for a long time, we've come in. This is the kind of mojito they brought us. I work in the service sector myself and I know what should be and how it should be. A girl with a tattoo on her neck absolutely does not know how to communicate with guests. You need to warn about such things in advance if you don't have something on the bar, and not be rude to comments after you brought this. The second drink was also unadorned, and when I asked "why is there a raspberry in the picture, but not in the glass?" the waiter almost foamed at the mouth and began to prove that it should not be there. I'm already silent that 2 pieces of ice floated in the drinks and the drink was not cold at all. After all the comments, there was no apology, but only an aggressive reaction from the waiter.
But the most interesting thing is that the waiter took a PICTURE of us for some reason.
The tables outside are all covered in sand, everything is dirty. It's very interesting, if the places and tables are so dirty, then it's scary to imagine what's going on in the kitchen. In general, I do not recommend this place and I myself do not set foot there anymore.

This is a disgusting situation! We made an order in A WEEK! My friend's husband had a birthday! We decided to make a surprise, first of all for the birthday boy! We set up for Friday, agreed on the time, the menu, left a deposit (and offered 50 rubles, we had 100 rubles.(as often happens, they didn't have any change). It 's not that important ...
All the guests have arrived. There are only plates and utensils on the table. The waiters, completely unresponsive to our presence, serve the incoming visitors. We start asking questions when, finally, will the pre-ordered "banquet" be served to us? They say something indistinctly, referring to some issues with the kitchen... Moreover, incoming visitors are safely served! When we asked to invite the administrator, he wasn't there at all! As a result, after almost an hour, a girl came up to us, introduced herself as an administrator near the institution (?) and promised to solve the situation?! And finally, an HOUR later, they somehow began to serve us. I'm not going into the details yet! For example, they asked, at least, to bring the ordered wine to smooth out the wait. 20 minutes later, they brought it, after another reminder. But, no glasses! The horror! This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude! As a result, instead of the ordered time at 17.30, we were served around 18.20!!! The birthday boy had the "most fun" of all. A "pretty" surprise! And the kitchen, or rather the quality of cooking, wants the best. Alas, the holiday is ruined!!!!

Hello! In general, I had a good opinion of the institution before I went to the khinkalnya on independence 87. I came to the institution in a great mood, which was spoiled right from the doorstep. There were 3 waiters at the entrance behind the cash register, I greeted them, and in response nothing, went into the hall, and no one even offered a menu. I want to note that the place was not loaded, the waiters just stood in a bunch and communicated with each other without paying a minute's attention to me as a guest. Of course, thank you for not spitting after me.

They got there completely by accident. We walked around Minsk, decided to taste the national cuisine, but there were no places everywhere. We paid attention to this place and did not regret it! At first, the girl at the entrance also tried to turn us around, but then the manager got involved, unfortunately I did not remember her name, and kindly invited us to a table and even took the order herself. Then she handed us over to Ilya, a very nice young man. As for the dishes, the kitchen is on top, it works out its 4.9! There are small flaws, but they don't deserve attention. The homemade wine is delicious, the chacha is excellent! We were satisfied! The atmosphere, the cuisine, the service, everything is on top! We recommend the establishment!
