One of the most favorite places for fans of Georgian cuisine. We often come here with the whole family, sometimes just to eat, and sometimes on holidays. Everyone is always welcome here and not a single guest is left without attention.
I really like papakha hats, you can try them on endlessly, and they also save you from accidental drafts.
The menu is decent and varied for both beginners and gourmets. Khinkali is always perfect, juicy and the most delicious in the city!
Recently we tried Khvanchkara wine, we were just delighted, we haven't been able to taste good wine for a long time.

The restaurant left me with the most pleasant impressions! The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated – a cozy atmosphere, comfortable furniture and unobtrusive music create the perfect mood for dinner. The dishes are simply delicious, each one is cooked with soul and love for their work. The waiters are very polite and attentive, serve quickly and are always ready to help with the choice of dishes. Like it. Delicious, relatively inexpensive.
Khinkali can be ordered individually with different fillings. This is not everywhere.
The meat pie is soulful.
Baked champignons are also quite good.
The beer is smooth. Not good, not bad. Just wash down the main dishes, but not enjoy the taste.

I really liked the kitchen, it was delicious and homely. They took khachapupi and khinkali...Everything is great. The only pickles declared on the menu as homemade are clearly from the store and of low quality ... and the soup is not hot....for this, a fat minus ...

Very tasty khinkalki, a big delicious "thank you" to the golden hands of kitchen professionals🩷There is a children's menu. The staff is as friendly, polite, and unobtrusive as possible. They understand it right off the bat. They helped with the choice of a landing place, offered a high chair, and also offered an activity for children. Very cozy atmosphere. Georgian cuisine cafe. A fairly large hall, lots of tables, there is a summer playground. If you're lucky, you can sit on sofas, no, on wooden chairs.
The quality of the food is decent, but, as in all establishments of national cuisine, for an amateur. In other words, the food will not "go in" for everyone. Here you can please yourself to lovers of spicy food and spices.
Prices are far from the cheapest, in some places, in my opinion, they even "bite". A light meal is not even a dinner, but rather a hearty snack will cost about 30 rubles per person.
The quality of service can be extremely different. There were cases when the waiter actually forgot about us, we had to wait a long time for the order, the bill, and even more so the final payment.
The result: an unusual place for Brest with national cuisine that you can visit.

I didn't want to write a negative review because it's one of my favorite places. But today (03.03.2025, time 21:10 approximately) there was a quiet horror.
We sat down at a table directly opposite the kitchen. In an institution with 3-4 tables, we were first served an order for 30 minutes, and then it turned out that there was a problem with the order.
We ordered 16 khinkali, and in the end they brought us 8, and we also had a heated discussion (and we all heard it) that maybe we will refuse. But we really wanted to eat, so we decided to eat at least 8 pieces.
And while the two girls were cooking khinkali for us, they chatted and had fun with loud music that interrupted the music in the hall. Not surprisingly, there were problems with the order.
And it was scary to look at these long-suffering Khinkali. This is the first time they brought it to us. Of the 8 khinkali, 3 were torn. And there are nail prints on all the tails. I am attaching a photo. The evening was ruined.

I've never left any feedback.
I was there a couple of days ago, the atmosphere was terrible, we sat down not far (opposite) from the kitchen. The constant neighing and loud conversations were very annoying, the service was terrible, the dirty plates were on the table until the last, although the waiters and receptionists saw it all (stood nearby). When we had eaten for 10 minutes, we still waited for the waitress to dismiss us (all this time the whole company of waiters stood and laughed) and all this time there were dirty plates all over the table and no one cared).
For food, I ordered khinkali, everything was overcooked, the meat was not tasty, and the juice flowed out on its own. In general, it's terrible, I agree with the previous negative reviews.,
I compared all this using the example of other restaurants of this chain that I visited.

I strongly do not recommend it. There are a lot of customers . They serve , most likely, acquaintances. They treat orders very lightly. The administrator is not in his place at all. Someone deceived him that he could be an administrator. But I can respect the cook. Tbilisi salad is super. Although the main course was never brought, I think the cook would have cooked it in the best possible way. The waiter generally made an unpleasant feeling. An entry was made in the complaint book. There is access to media channels. I think it is possible to bring this institution to its senses.

We were in Brest, stayed at the Hermitage Hotel. We decided to ask the taxi driver where you can eat delicious food here. He immediately said: "Khinkalnaya, and not far from the hotel." Well, once said, it's done! Let's go there.
The first impression is that the place is packed to capacity. Miraculously, they found a table for me. The poor waiters were running around like crazy, barely keeping up with everyone. It seemed that they rest only in their sleep.
The menu is not huge, but everything you need to get acquainted with the cuisine is there. We ordered a bottle of Pirosmani wine, then another one – well, who will refuse? My companions wanted the first thing – one grub, the other a cooler.
And then the real feast began: khachapuri in Ajarian, khachapuri in Megrelian, dolma, kurdabi with beef, salad with cheese, ojahuri with pork and, of course, khinkali. Bread and compote were not even counted. We finished everything with ice cream.
I asked the waiter, it seems, Vladislav was his name, what else would he advise us at his discretion. He honestly said that we had already ordered a lot to explore the kitchen, but he would do something for us anyway (there was a barbecue).
The only drawback is that they waited a long time for food, but we were immediately warned about it. You can understand, it's not an easy task to serve so many people.
Bottom line: the place is worthwhile, you can go more than once. The food is delicious, moderately spicy, khachapuri with beef is normal, but with lamb I did not understand what it was. But something has to be done about the expectation.
And a little comical: when he tipped the waiter, it seemed that only orders and dirty dishes flashed in his eyes, and not thanks from customers. But despite all this, a solid five is deserved!

The interior is beautiful, the service is more or less. None of the eight guests of our company liked the meat khinkali. Someone liked the cheesy ones. In khinkali with mutton, there was only no mutton, except for some kind of trimmings or offal incomprehensible. Loose minced meat with a smelly sheep flavor. The wrong coat, the price tag is not budget at the same time.

I was at your place on Gogol Street today, I came in the evening, around 18:00, there weren't many people, the girl at the reception asked "are you alone?", I replied that I came first and my company would come soon, there would be 5 people. They gave me a table, sat down at it, gave me five menus, and within an hour and a half while I was alone, I managed to study the menu, wanted to make an order, take a drink and something for a snack (I was after work), and no one came up to me, only when I couldn't stand it and called the waiter himself. they began to serve, answering my question, why did no one come up for so long? They said that I was expecting the others, although I did not say that I would not order anything while waiting for others. I was served, dishes and bread were brought at the expense of the establishment as an apology. Then my colleagues came, we decided that we would order, but no one came to us for half an hour. We were outraged and I turned to the girl waiter, to which I received the answer that I was not serving you, wait for your waiter! After waiting 10 minutes, they didn't come up to us, we turned to the administrator, they ignored us and we decided to leave, fortunately the bill was brought in a minute! The food is stable, the staff is friendly (20.01, an employee in a khinkalina growth doll was running around the hall and down the street, dancing, making fun of adults and children), convenient location.
I will describe my impressions about the last visit: we ordered a double Americano, cheese soup with mini-pancakes and a burger for one person, khinkali with different fillings for the second. During the order, they also clarified whether sugar was needed for coffee, to which they received an affirmative answer. As a result, the double Americano was brought in a glass cup, the key was brought in a glass without a handle WTF??, there was no sugar on the saucer, they tried coffee, and it was already there. I understand (sarcasm) the service is all business, but it was still possible to leave the choice of the amount of sugar for coffee to the client. Three ordered dishes were brought at different times without warning, so we ate in turn: first I ate soup, a fellow traveler looked at me, then I watched the fellow traveler eat khinkali, and then the fellow traveler had to wait with me for 15-20 minutes for a burger and watch me eat again. The food was great, that's true, but everything else left not the best impression, for that I take off 2 stars too many questions to the service.
P.S. I understand about authenticity, but to turn on national music with a predominance of stringed instruments so that you don't hear the interlocutor, I think it's not worth it (they asked to turn down the sound, it was turned down, but after about 20 minutes, the sound level returned).

We came with our family to this establishment, no one met us, the staff was rude, when asked where to sit, they offered us a seat at the aisle, the table was not cleaned, we decided to move to another table, as soon as we were going to sit down, the waitress runs up and puts a sign of reservation.
Irresponsible employees who do not do their job in a timely manner and spoil the impression of the institution are definitely one star for the spoiled mood and boorish attitude of the staff.

It's very good for Belarusians. But when visiting the establishment, my wife (a native of one of the villages in the Caucasus) did not see the Caucasian cuisine at close range. Instead of kenza, they served parsley. She called the khinkali itself "big dumplings" because of the dryness of the meat. Mutton in real khinkali is juicy and melts in your mouth.

The staff knows their business, the guys are young, friendly and responsive, even got into the situation and, with a full load, were able to book a table for our dinner with a child in 40 minutes. The prices are affordable, the main dishes from the menu are excellent (khinkali and lula are super) . The salad, as I understand it from the chef, is weak, the meat is not suitable, it is a little dry and greasy, there is not enough zest.
