I really liked the kitchen. Delicious. And I like to eat delicious food. The quality of service is at a high level. The prices are quite adequate. But it is better to book a table in advance, especially on a day off. You can even dance on Saturday.

Recently, my friends and I visited this wonderful khinkalnaya. We were very impressed!
The service was top notch. The waiters were polite and attentive, quickly took orders and brought dishes. The atmosphere in the establishment is very cozy and pleasant. We were sitting at a table by the window, which had a beautiful view of the street.
The menu was pleased with the variety of dishes. We ordered several types of khinkali and did not lose! They turned out to be incredibly tasty and juicy. The dough is thin, the filling is juicy and fragrant. We also tried other dishes from the menu — khachapuri, shish kebab, salads. Everything was cooked very tasty!
The prices in khinkalnaya are quite reasonable. We were satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the service, so we will definitely come back here again!
I recommend all lovers of Georgian cuisine to visit this wonderful khinkalnaya!

The most incredibly poor service I've ever seen. The disgusting and neglectful attitude of all the staff, starting from the eternally absent waiters, who are not interested in what is happening at their customers' tables at all, to the receptionist, who decided when and what to serve without asking the guests. The administrator argued and accused the client that the time of submission had been agreed with us, as proof of this, she showed us her notebook with notes. Who wrote the time in this notebook, why it was impossible to specify the time of serving hot food to the guests, why no one came up upon the arrival of the guests and did not specify what else needed to be put on the table - this is not in her line. We booked the table in advance, we were previously asked to make an order. We ordered a minimum, salads, hot dishes, and decided to take the rest on site. We arrived 12 minutes later than the ordered time. The table was set, but none of the waiters came up for an additional order or to clarify the serving of dishes. We had just sat down, washed our hands, and hadn't even ordered alcohol yet, when the waiter came running and immediately brought hot dishes instead of ordering. They tried to explain to the administrator that they didn't work that way, to which she promised to bring hot food later and heat it up, and then said that it would be redone. In fact, the hot stuff was just warmed up (dry crust on potatoes and meat on top). The waiter was constantly called to come to the table, he forgot to bring the ordered items, and then did not pick up the dirty plates. No one was going to ask what else we wanted to order either. At the next table, the company got tired of waiting for the plates to be replaced with clean ones, and they took the plates themselves and placed them at the table. The kitchen is actually quite good, but I would not tolerate such service with a small number of visitors. In Grodno, the planting is twice as large and they work much more efficiently. We were at the institution on 04/12/25.

Terrible and disgusting!!!
At first, a couple of years ago, I gave 5 stars, but today, May 1, 2025, I would love to slap -5, no..... even -10.

The guy came in worried, his hands are shaking. You can understand that, but it's more interesting later.:
I ordered spicy khinkali, my wife ordered classic ones - the girl brought everything in one plate, and not everything that was ordered was missing 3 spicy ones. To the question of where, the answer was "I don't know" and she left.
I also ordered burgers for myself and my son, 1.
The dishes and glasses are dirty.
In general, May 1, 2025 is the last time I will be in your institution.
But as I asked for the bill, everything is written there. To the question "where is all this, you haven't even cooked half of it", the answer is: we can take it with you, wait 10-15 minutes.
And yet: when creating an invoice, running around and specifying which wine and dishes we ordered is at least annoying.

A table was ordered for the birthday celebration. We arrived 15 minutes before the start of the event, and there were only empty plates and utensils on the table. After checking with the waiter whether everything would be set on time, they answered YES. When all the guests arrived at the appointed time, nothing had changed. The table was just as empty. Having seated the guests, everyone was at a loss, especially the birthday girl. The cold snacks arrived only 20 minutes later. The waiter was always disappearing somewhere. An hour later, hot dishes were brought (we agreed 30 minutes after the appointed time), which were absolutely cold.
The disgusting and negligent attitude of the waiters in the establishment. Untimely serving of dishes and flying from afar to the table with a loud sound (throwing) made the holiday absolutely spoiled. We'll never come again!

Compared to other restaurants in Khinkalni, Soligorskaya sags in the kitchen and service!

Previously, we were regular guests of this institution, but lately the staff and their disgusting service spoil everything. We came to have lunch on the terrace on 20.07. 3 waiters passed by us and in 10 minutes none of them brought the menu. As soon as we started to leave the restaurant and passed the waitress, I noticed that she was holding a menu in her hands, as I suppose for us, but she didn't say anything, and returned the menu to its place. I decided not to bother with extra work.
They came another day. After ordering the main dishes, the husband asked the waitress to bring another glass of mors. The morse was not carried for a long time, the husband periodically asked the waitress if they had forgotten that he had ordered a glass of morse. Later, we had already finished the dishes, and asked for the bill, but the morse was not brought. And the waitress, when she brought us the bill, looked at our table, turned around halfway and went back, and returned with the bill and a glass of morse. As a result, the morse was brought after 20 minutes. When I asked the waitress if it was okay to bring the fruit drink with the bill, and why it was not carried for so long, the answer was that the girl who took the order simply forgot.
And these are far from the only cases, a month ago the waitress confused and punched the check with the wrong amount of the order, we noticed it when we had already paid, and her response to this was "well, I'm sorry!!". The staff is relaxed, and does not want to try at all. Please do not ignore this problem.
There are no complaints about the chefs, all the dishes are delicious.

I really liked the place. We have been there more than once, and each visit does not disappoint.The kitchen is wonderful, even for a person with a gastrointestinal problem, everything was delicious and healthy. Unfortunately, our visit to Khinkalnya left an extremely negative impression. We booked a table in advance for a family holiday, specially came to the institution to discuss the details. However, upon arrival, we found that our table was occupied by other people. It ruined all the mood and plans for the evening.
The situation was aggravated by the fact that one of the tables on the summer terrace was talking loudly all evening, disturbing all other visitors, and the staff did not react to this in any way.
They also repeatedly brought the wrong dishes that we ordered. The waiters communicated indifferently.
The only positive thing is that the dishes were delicious. But even this could not block the negative experience of disorganization, disrespect for guests and incompetence of the staff. We are very disappointed and do not plan to visit this institution anymore.

In the beginning, we waited 20-25 minutes for someone to come to us in order to place an order. Then the girl couldn't even tell the approximate waiting time for cold and hot dishes. When it was clear from our facial expression that we were unhappy with something, then another girl brought our entire order. We waited for all the dishes for 1.5 hours, but we couldn't even wait for the Napoleon cake. We wanted to ask for an invoice from the girl who took the order from us. We called her quite loudly and more than once. To which she pretended not to hear us and just left.

The menu and place were determined by pre-order....and if everything is fine with the menu, then there are unpleasant moments with the placement.....the reserved seat was occupied by another company for some reason!We did not receive an answer to the reasonable question why we were not informed in advance....and the hero of the day was placed in the most unsightly place near the kitchen window....in fairness, I must say that after half an hour they were transferred to another place.....but it didn't end there....we wanted to sing a song, to suit the mood, and then the administrator immediately appears and declares-this is not karaoke for you...We came to rest and not to arrange any more showdowns....I do not recommend it for visiting

We go to the khinkalnya for lunch, rarely for dinner. I like the place. Everything is fine. The food is delicious. The staff is trying their best. The prices are affordable, compared to the khinkalnaya in Minsk on Prytytsky. Lunches are generally one and a half times cheaper. Come in - delicious, inexpensive.
