The Friday bath located on Erzurum street in the Sukapi district has the characteristic of being the first bath made in the Ottoman period made in Kars. 17. the 2 domed and rectangular domed hamam built at the end of the century is the most important of the Ottoman period baths in our city. The interior of the bath consists of bathing, coldness, halvet and hellishness. the restoration works started in 2006 are still ongoing. Asri Hamam, located in the Sukapi district, southwest of the Stone Bridge, was built in 1863 according to the lost inscription. Friday Bath and Abidin Hamamı The structure, which was named Asri Hamam because it is a very large and modern bath, has taken the names of Friday Bath because it serves women on Fridays and because of its operator, Abidin Hamamı. The bathhouse, which stretches in a single-functional east-west direction, has a rectangular master plan scheme with coolness, warmth, warmth and ashlar sections. The temperature section to the east is surrounded by a front space extending in the shape of an ”L". A simple entrance door with a round arch to the east of this space leads to the front space, and from here to the temperature section. The temperature is closed by a dome with a sizeable trumpet passage. An octagonal planned fountain is located in the center of the space. The dome is on an octagonal pulley, quite high from the outside. The warmth section is reached by a flattened arched door to the west. This place has the form of six rooms from three and they are closed with vaults. The temperature in the westernmost part is covered by a dome with a trumpet passage in the middle. There are three or six washing cells, which are closed with mirrored vaults to the south and north. Behind the temperature, there is a külhan section extending in the north-south direction and consisting of two separate places.
