I have been addressing them for the 3rd time. the 1st time the phone was repaired (replacement of the battery and charging socket) everything was done promptly and quickly.
the 2nd time I gave my phone away thinking that I needed to replace the battery or something inside, because when charging, the charging time showed 40 + hours. Previously, I was told what the problem might be, at a cost of 120p (simpler repairs) 180p (more complicated). In general, I gave it away. They called in the evening and said that they had checked the entire phone and found no problem and that it was worth just buying a new charger, which I did and it worked.
3rd, the powerbank was repaired.
