We had a rest from August 4 to 13, 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. A large territory of the hotel, a chic pool with slides for children, a children's area, a pool for adults on the seashore, a monitor lizard walks around the territory, its own large pond, as well as a small pool with fish. There was not much choice at breakfast, but there was always something to eat, everything was delicious (except sausages). The hotel is located far from the center of Khao Lak, so the place is quiet, there are many cafes with delicious Thai and Indian food nearby, prices for dishes in the range of 80-350 Baht. They cook delicious everywhere. In front of the main entrance of the hotel, a makashnitsa arrives every evening, with fresh fruits, and they also give delicious pancakes.

What am I talking about, they were repairing buildings and a children's room, you can't go out on the balcony, Thais are hanging and painting, the smell of paint is terrible, they paint the playground all day, the smell is creepy on the pool, I'm not talking about the trill of a puncher and a saw, it's a nightmare, how can you relax here?. Shit everywhere, leaves are lying around, no one cleans up. Once a week, they take more pictures than they clean up. The pools are dirty, I attach a photo, slippery with silt, the child slipped and hit her face very hard, my girl walked with a blue cheek and got off easily. Nothing is washed, a net is carried out on the water and that's it. The tile is broken off, how many times have they been scratched. The restaurant by the sea is closed, it is not in season, and there are few guests. What's in it for me??? Why do I have to sit sweating in a canteen without a conder for that kind of money??? The room is great and that's it, but we didn't come to sit in the room, although the air conditioner is old and very noisy. This is not 4*, but a maximum of 3*, half of the entertainment in the children's pool is either clogged with mud, so they do not work or from old age. The vacation is ruined terribly. I do not recommend it. P. S. There are a lot of homeless dogs on the territory, they feel at home. My child was scared. Expectations of my vacation have been deceived very much. The disappointment is solid.
