Most of the staff (although not all) work poorly. The waiters calmly pass by the table, and you have to ask 150 times to accept the order or bring the bill, otherwise you just won't wait. They often cook for an indecently long time, you can easily wait about an hour. The food is mostly delicious, especially Khinkali, but not a real delight, a strong average. Once they brought uncooked (frozen) khinkali 😀

Extremely incompetent employees. The dishes are cooked for a very long time. Instead of the required 15 minutes, I wait 40+ minutes for the dish. The administrator is generally beyond praise. We called and booked a table. I booked a table by the window and said goodbye. I arrive at the appointed time, the table is occupied by someone. I ask the receptionist, she says she said she would "try" to book. She kind of tried, but it didn't work out))) people obviously don't know how the restaurant business works. I used to like it here, now it's a huge disappointment.

Очень приятная атмосфера ресторана: окунулись в атмосферу Грузии. Восхитительно вкусно приготовлены были все заказанные блюда! Повара мастера своего дела! Официант окружил заботой и создал атмосферу комфортного отдыха, помог с выбором блюд по запросам каждого гостя из компании. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот душевно вкусный ресторанчик своим знакомым! Спасибо всему коллективу за их добросовестную работу на радость посетителям)))))

Opinion about Hops-Suneli is divided. On August 15, a dairy girl ordered compote and cake. The compote was diluted with water, there was no taste, slightly bitter, the cake was completely out of line with the picture, only 2 layers of jam as thick as a finger, I did not like it at all. On August 17, I visited the institution again, the compote tastes completely different, looks the same, I liked the compote.
