Today I encountered extremely unpleasant service at the HobbyClass store in the Chimgan shopping center. I was buying markers, and literally a minute later I realized that I had chosen the wrong ones by mistake, they look very similar. She politely asked for a replacement, but the saleswoman responded rudely and said that “I should have thought in advance.” I tried to explain the situation, but received even more rudeness in response. They didn't give me a receipt either, although the purchase amount was quite a lot. I am very surprised by this attitude, because I often buy goods at the Buzbazar branch, and the sellers there are always polite and professional. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service in this branch.
