30.06.24 I had a chance to observe something that I have not seen anywhere. The seller's uniform: T-shirt and shorts. If in form, there may be such a regulation. But sitting and smoking GLo in the workplace and seeing that it has been noticed, it is certainly too much. I think the management should reconsider the criteria for the appearance and behavior of their staff at work.

A good assortment, a large selection of radio-controlled models and designers, but not very attentive and careful staff. One of the purchased models lacked a wire, which I had to go and buy more from them, the other sold a set of batteries of the wrong size. Be careful when buying, check the product without leaving the checkout counter. Everything that you did not take away the first time will have to be purchased.

A great store with excellent service. I bought a designer as a gift. The order was made through the website, they called back and confirmed, everything was clearly given in the store. In the end, the consultant was rude, advised to buy everything on ozone and not come to them for such trifles. There were extremely negative impressions. Периодически покупаю игрушки, в плане продаж,все хорошо, авто с ремонтом совсем беда: купили машинку, по своей вине сломали, принесли в ремонт, пообещали через неделю сделать, прошла и тишина, звоню, - ещё не готова, у нас 14 дней на ремонт. Прошла неделя, звоню, - нет запчастей в наличии, спасибо - дали ссылку на Али, заказал пришли, привожу в пятницу опять в ремонт, спросил что по срокам? Сказали собрать 2 часа, мастер будет в субботу, до понедельника тишина, звоню, опять пообещали до пятницы сделать, сегодня суббота НЕ ГОТОВА. Как то совсем не серьёзно. И ребёнку не погулять, время тратится в пустую, с таким сервисом давно починил бы сам.

Комплектация игрушки в коробке может оказаться совсем не такая как на картинке коробки и на видео на их сайте. Позвонили уточнить, сказали привозите оформим возврат, ну классно, все так просто, кататься туда сюда из-за того, что магазин неверную информацию дает.
Всегда там покупали игрушки.
Теперь не будем.
Разочаровали.

Ремонта нет для всех желающих! Чинят только то, что куплено у них. Из деталей мало вообще что есть. Ассортимент нормальных моделей маленький. Персонал такой себе, вступают в дискуссии. Видно, что пытаются только впарить и наговорят всё что угодно, лишь бы купили(

Вчера зашили в магазин починить вертолет, все запчасти оказались в наличии, ремонт произвели в течение часа. Работники магазина мастера своего дела. Будем обращаться в магазин всегда
