I bought a Bernina sewing machine in this store. The sellers helped me figure out all the questions I was interested in, demonstrated the operation of the machine with examples, and also gave some tips on care, since this was my first sewing machine :) I came here not once (there were some questions after use) and each time the sellers helped and were pleasant to communicate with.
