Great hotel. Polite staff. Excellent and delicious breakfasts. I would especially like to mention the rooftop bar: excellent and not expensive (compared to some cafes in the city) food and drinks. Great view from the bar window, wonderful music. The roof is opened in the evening. Bed linen and toiletries are changed daily at the hotel. A liter of water, tea, coffee, and sugar are provided free of charge daily. There is a kettle in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!

After a long trip to Mangystau, it is a very good place to relax. The hotel is clean, there is a cafe and a dining room, the food is delicious. The rooms have everything you need. We had a great rest and went on to explore the beauty of these places.

Great hotel, nice staff! The rooms are always cleaned. Breakfast is a buffet. I would especially like to mention Raili's work at the Sky Bar. She is very polite, friendly, attentive to the guests, which is very valuable.

I overslept breakfast, and when I got up 20 minutes late, the lounge bar receptionist, who manages the breakfast service, said that she would arrange for room service tomorrow. In general, it's not bad, it's standard. But apparently the hotel is not for Russian-speaking guests, the inscriptions are everywhere only in English and Kazakh. Outside the window, hard workers roam the forests and restore the facade - it's uncomfortable.

Great hotel!
We booked a room through Smartway, paid in rubles, found out the prices in tenge at the reception - it turned out decently more expensive.
Daily room cleaning, always 2 sets of fresh towels (although only one lived in the room), a bathrobe and normal thick slippers, a liter bottle of water. The room has a safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle and tea pairs, refrigerator. Very good bed linen!))
The breakfasts are excellent, a lot of meat, sausages, milk porridge is only one, unfortunately. The waiter prepares tea/coffee and brings it to the table. There is a restaurant on the top floor (terrace) - business lunches in the afternoon, a good restaurant in the evening, prices are not low, but not particularly high, and on weekends there is also a cultural program. There is a mark-up for the service. There is a bar in the lobby, you can only order drinks - if you order food, it is still carried from the terrace, it is easier to go there right away. You can order food and drinks in the room, but there will be a surcharge.
Overall, the impression is wonderful, everything is clean, cozy, comfortable.

Обслуживание супер, еда очень вкусная, номера всегда чистые, уютные. Персонал вежливые приветливые, всегда готовы помочь, чистота на первом месте у них, всегда чисто. Расположение очень удобное, рядом есть рестораны, магазины и развлекательные центры. Вид на Каспий очень супер, в этой гостинице бывал не раз очень хорошая гостиница, бар отличный у них и скайбар на 6- ом этаже очень классный, еда вкусные.

Very comfortable rooms (even standard) and a wonderful view from the restaurant on the top floor). A very decent kitchen in the format of a business lunch. We rented a small conference room for a training event, it turned out to be the most affordable price offer in the city. 10 min walk to the "rock trail" on the seashore.

Казалось бы сеть престижных отелей и должно быть всё на высшем уровне, однако нет. Начну с того, что в отелях такого уровня, наверно, всё таки, должна быть охрана,здесь её не было. Чужие люди спокойно заходили в отель. На последнем этаже находится sky bar, в который люди приходили тусить, с 19 до 2 ночи. Вход в это заведение был общий для всех, центральный. Мне казалось, что по хорошему, надо бы иметь отдельный вход - это, в первую очередь, безопасность отдыхающих. В общем, по отелю ходят все подряд.
Номер хороший, всё есть,вкл тапочки, полотешки, мыльно-рыльные, водичка, чай. Удивило, что воды 1 бутылка и литровая. Просила вторую дать - только если за отдельную плату. И ещё одно - душ открытый с одной стороны, то есть не поплескаться и не потанцевать под душиком)) Фотку выложу.
Ну и по завтракам : в целом, неплохо, но совсем не было овощей и хоть какой то зелени.
Расположение отеля хорошее:до моря идти 7 мин., до скальной тропы минут 10.
Отдельно похвалю Sky bar: повар ОГОНЬ!!! Стейки отменные! Респект просто) Место очень атмосферное, с видом на морюшко:)

Here I go with my friends to play intellectual games "Shaker quiz" in the "sky bar" on the 7th floor. Go through the central door. The letter "T" is on the left side of the elevator. We allow ourselves to take 0.5 beer for 1100 tenge. It's delicious. Coffee is a little cheaper. Tea is a 2000tenge tea. The rest of the food is like in all restaurants. The bar is very cozy. The interesting view from the windows on both sides is excellent. I can't say about the hotel itself.

Все на высшем уровне: номера, персонал, завтраки, уборка. Расположение тоже отличное - рядом супермаркеты, торговые центры (небольшие, но больших в городе практически нет), аптека, Скальная тропа и море в пешей доступности.

Отличный отель в старой части города, был здесь в октябре 2022 г. очень понравилось, спасибо персоналу, завтрак всегда очень качественный разнообразный и вкусный, номера уборка ежедневная (смена постели постоянная), ресепшн все вопросы решает быстро, единственный минус нет центрального отопления только индивидуальное от климат системы каждого номера

Расположение отеля отличное, в шаговой доступности все торговые центры и рестораны . Персонал вежливый и чисто и уютно . Организовали ранний завтрак В 5.00 утра в честь Ораза. Это было нам удобно , так как держим Оразу .

Чистый номер, хорошее обслуживание, приветливый персонал. Понравилось, что к проживанию был приятный бонус в виде 20% скидки в ресторане под крышей. Разнообразные завтраки. Расположение удобное, рядом находится знаменитый ШУМ, в пешей доступности парк. К морю тоже можно пройти, но оно находится подальше парка и требует опыта в пеших прогулках на дальние расстояния

Отель расположен в 4 микрорайоне города Актау. Номера чистые, убирали каждый день, обновляли ежедневно гель, шампунь, чайный набор, питьевую вод, полотенца. В номерах есть: кондиционер, гель, шампунь, питьевая вода, чайник, чайный набор, стаканы, телевизор, Wi-Fi на всей территории отеля, фен. Завтраки шведский стол (были всегда разнообразные и очень вкусные). Обслуживание отличное!!!! Есть тренажерный зал. Вечером на 7 этаже работает Скай Бар, где можно перекусить и провести вечер (постояльцам предоставляется 20% скидка). Работает функция поздний выезд до 18.00 (50% от стоимости проживания) и после 18.00 (100% от стоимости проживания за сутки). Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом торговый центр ШУМ, автобусная остановка 3 автобуса (проезд 70 тенге). В шаговой доступности парк Шевченко, парк с атракцинами, скальная тропа, городской пляж, кафе.

Отличная гостиница в сегменте цена -качество. Останавливался в ней дважды за осень 2022г. Вежливый персонал, уютные номера, скай бар - на уровне, комплимент от заведения. Короче, если ещё буду в Актау- остановлюсь именно в этой гостинице и другим советую.
