Well-groomed territory, there is no outdoor pool, only in the water park, the entrance to which is on general terms. However, I know that there are packages with entrance to the water park. It might have been cheaper. There is no access to the sea. The shore is not well maintained and dirty, there are a lot of stones. The water is also unpleasant, there is a lot of mud at the entrance to the water stones. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the city infrastructure is nearby, a beautiful equipped embankment, there is a place to walk and have a snack.

I stayed here in May. I liked the hotel. Relatively new, comfortable, bright rooms (I had one with a very beautiful sea view). A bathrobe, slippers, tea sets with a kettle, and water are provided in the room. Cleaning every day, comfortable bed. Good breakfasts. It's only a little, but it's delicious, you won't stay hungry. The restaurant is also good. The order is really prepared for a long time, but everything is delicious.

There is a swimming pool and sauna inside in the basement. The second sauna did not work in winter. There were few lovers in November) the pool was at our disposal. there is a gym. But I didn't use it. The rooms are cool. The special oval floor-to-ceiling windows pleased me.

The location of the hotel is 5 minutes from the chic embankment. Motivates for long walks by the sea, even in autumn. The rooms are comfortable, there is a desk for working on a computer. High-quality room cleaning. In our room with a view of the main entrance, the windows did not open for ventilation - it's a pity. I really wanted fresh sea air. The food is wonderful. For breakfast, any visitor will find dishes to his taste. The assortment for breakfast is very complete. Delicious desserts. A good assortment of fruits.
The staff is polite. Nice Spa area. Before going to bed, in the evening you can swim in the pool and warm up in a small sauna. A cozy, pleasant place!!!!

I arrived on a business trip, breakfast was announced from 7:00 a.m. For 1.5 weeks, they never opened on time. I had to ask, but nothing happened at the reception. I regularly ate in a hurry, just to get something, because, I repeat, I came on a business trip. I occasionally ordered room service. I had to call several times, because they could just forget about the orders.
The landline phone was not working in the room, the master was called. The master said, "Well, use it somehow," and that's it.
I left in deep shock and disappointment.

I like this chain for its excellent quality-price ratio, so I chose this hotel in Aktau, which is located on the seashore. I arrived in early April. Stylish, concise design, cleanliness, which is maintained, service, smiling, friendly staff - from the reception to the cleaning staff - everyone is smiling, trying to help. I didn't take breakfast, I can't say, but in the lobby cafe there are delicious desserts (sorry, small selection) and coffee, very polite waiters and baristas, it was nice to sit in the lobby. The coast was not well maintained in April, but they promised to improve it by the summer. There is a racetrack and a water park on site. I arrived out of season, there were few people and it was quiet, which was good. One of the disadvantages is very good audibility, you could hear a conversation on the phone behind the wall from and to (((( Thank you very much to all the hotel staff for a great stay and the most pleasant impressions!!

We had a rest in July 2022. We really liked the hotel. We traveled by car from Bashkiria and arrived early. We were very tired, of course - but we were settled in a luxury room. The next day we were settled in our rooms. The hotel is cozy and clean. The room is cleaned every day. Meals are all inclusive (you will not stay hungry). An excellent water park on the territory of the hotel - in principle, we chose this hotel because of it. The attitude towards Russians is excellent. In the evenings there was an entertainment program - various local singers sang (but they sang very well). A large bar with cocktails and beer was open during the day. There are enough sun loungers around the pool for everyone. We will definitely return there again!!!!!

There are no questions about the numbers, but the restaurant is something! The food is cold after 10 minutes from the start of breakfast-lunch-dinner. Only the soup is hot. On weekends, you can wait for a table for half an hour, hungry locals sort out the food, replenish it soon or do not bring it at all. At least put a microwave on. And yet: the dishes are not signed, you can understand that it is only by tasting. It's strange! I wouldn't take so much unnecessary food if I knew what it was and how spicy it was. Drinks are only water, tea, coffee and strange colored liquids, no soda. For three days, the reception asked for a third towel for my daughter. They barely brought it, after cleaning, two more! They didn't ask for more - they got tired of it. And there are many such little things. We tried not to notice them, but during the week there were so many of them that we wanted to get home faster. It's a pity for the ruined vacation and the money spent.

A good place for a vacation with children. A great hotel with a water park. (The price is higher than in the Russian regions.) Rooms, cleanliness, food - everything is at a high level. A children's club with consoles (curling irons), air hockey, table football and ping pong. Live music in the evenings (does not interfere). Its own cinema and a sauna (dry sauna).
Feature:
- alcohol is paid separately (not expensive for the Russian Federation).
- free horse riding is included for children once a day by appointment (next to a stable with a riding field, newlyweds in nomad costumes are photographed on horseback, there is also a mini farm-zoo for children)
- you can go to the sea, but it's better not to have a beach so-so. The water is icy.
