New, clean modern hotel. But the room kept overheating (April stay) and we couldn’t lower the heat. Poor design of the rooms as storage spaces are very limited. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Of all the hotels in Astana in the price segment where I stayed, the most unsuccessful option. I'm not coming here a second time. The room is small and poorly cleaned. There were about five pieces of pubic hair waiting for me in the shower stall, and it looked like it was from different people. Such a thing for 55,000 tenge per night, or about 11 thousand rubles. There is no refrigerator in the room. Accordingly, there is no mini-bar, and it is also possible to cool a bottle of mineral water. This is the first time I've seen this. The breakfast is modest. And it's served somehow in a collective farm way. I have never seen Nutella and jams laid out in tall glasses, from which everyone should get them for themselves. 🤷♀️ Very nice girls at the reception, but perhaps only they and the pleasant color scheme of the rooms are the only advantages of this hotel.
