New, clean modern hotel. But the room kept overheating (April stay) and we couldn’t lower the heat. Poor design of the rooms as storage spaces are very limited. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Of all the hotels in Astana in the price segment where I stayed, the most unsuccessful option. I'm not coming here a second time. The room is small and poorly cleaned. There were about five pieces of pubic hair waiting for me in the shower stall, and it looked like it was from different people. Such a thing for 55,000 tenge per night, or about 11 thousand rubles. There is no refrigerator in the room. Accordingly, there is no mini-bar, and it is also possible to cool a bottle of mineral water. This is the first time I've seen this. The breakfast is modest. And it's served somehow in a collective farm way. I have never seen Nutella and jams laid out in tall glasses, from which everyone should get them for themselves. 🤷♀️ Very nice girls at the reception, but perhaps only they and the pleasant color scheme of the rooms are the only advantages of this hotel.

A wonderful hotel! The room is spacious enough, comfortable beds, TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, shower facilities - everything you need is there. Tap water is not suitable for drinking - you can take it at the reception if anything. Coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies are within walking distance.

The same Holiday Inn as in the whole world. Very clean, the room is large. Yes, there will be no restaurants for banquets, which is cool. Well, little things like sockets on the tables in lobi are welcome. The price was also very pleasant in comparison with other hotels. I stopped during a hockey tournament. The stadium is a 5-minute walk away.

I'll start with the pros:
- very tasty breakfasts
- convenient location
- not a bad bar
- the reception staff is polite
- they always report water to the room, not every three-way house does this happen.
Minuses:
- the Internet is very slow, the question of what happened was always answered - "we fix it." Do you fix it for 5 days ?
- cleaning was not always done on time
- the window for ventilation did not open, the air conditioner did not work, the room was very stuffy
- do not put hygiene kits! I don't understand what's so difficult about putting them down!

One of the advantages is a large hotel, there is a lot of space, the room is quiet. The breakfasts are good, you can sit quite comfortably in the lobby. I was even lucky that there was a refrigerator in the room. This is not usually the case on express trains. Of the cons, the reception staff apparently thinks that happy guests are breaking into the Holiday Inn since there is no alternative...So at the risk of disappointing, but this is a hotel for guests, not guests for a hotel. A wonderful new hotel, spacious rooms, convenient location, friendly staff. The rooms have everything you need: a kettle (tea, coffee), a TV, an iron with ironing board, a shower with all accessories. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich selection of dishes. We will definitely stop again!

We stay in this hotel chain in different countries. For some reason, the price of rooms is almost twice as expensive as in Moscow in the same hotel.
We were dissatisfied with the service at this hotel. We are not picky and understand different factors. But the people at the reception and at the bar are new almost every day. It is very difficult to convey any information to employees, even the most basic. Every time the process of ordering food causes stupor in bartenders. I understand that these are new employees, but waiting 10 minutes every day for my order to be accepted and the system to be installed is not the most pleasant process. It is not difficult for us to repeat the composition of the order 2, 3, sometimes even 4 times, until everyone gathers together at the bar, but we are not obliged to do the work of employees and explain elementary things on our fingers.
This is not a five-star hotel, but there is such a thing as standards of service. And it is obvious that the service in this hotel is lagging far behind and there is a lot to grow.

I don't know what's in an air-conditioned hotel, maybe they save money and don't turn it on, or maybe they didn't have an air conditioner, but it doesn't work, it's infernal heat in the room(+27.5)

An employee came who said that their air conditioner was not turned on, because it was still cold outside (+21 in the afternoon), turned off the air conditioner and said that over time the room would cool itself.
