The hotel is excellent, the room is cleaned every day, clean towels are provided, water is brought, and tea and instant coffee with sugar and cream are also available in each room. the room has a hairdryer, safe, TV, Wi-Fi. there seems to be a refrigerator, but it does not work, although we did not try to connect it. There is an air conditioner, it can be adjusted. One of the disadvantages is probably that the window does not open and I did not understand how and where to dry things, but I decided to put them on the windowsill, although with a condom, but they dry quickly at the window, so there seems to be no minus. In addition to bringing water, it can also be poured on the ground floor, adjust the temperature and add flavors. There is also a small gym with treadmills on the top floor. We had breakfast included, there was a normal choice, the food was delicious, plus you could add a substitute to coffee or tea instead of sugar. The metro is a 7-minute walk away, the sea is 3 km away, but you can set a route by bus or metro. The Burj Khalifa was visible from our window. In general, the hotel is great for your money👍

I really liked the hotel! We came for 5 days with a child, took full board. Breakfast is not 5 *, but you will not stay hungry for sure) at lunch we were a couple of times, at dinner 4 times, everything is very tasty, the portions are huge. Choose from a 3-course menu.
The location is also excellent, quiet, calm, 5-7 minutes walk from the business bay metro station, there is also not a bad minimarket. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself and nearby. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 1 metro station away. There is also a cheap day-to-day store at the next metro station. You can either take a taxi to the beach, or you can take a bus (stop nearby) La mer beach and another wilder one, but without people, we liked it more there)
The guys at the reception are very friendly, they always go to a meeting. We were settled a little earlier. I needed an iron and a board, they brought it when I checked in. I asked for a needle and thread, I had to leave for an excursion, they brought it in 5 minutes) Cleaning and changing of towels every day, plus a bottle of water.
The tourists at the hotel are all different, there are Russians, Africans and Indians. Everyone is adequate and friendly, no one bothers anyone)

They lived from 30.03.2024 to 04/10/2024. The hotel rooms are very small. The furniture is tired. The windows don't open. The air conditioner is such that we didn't turn it on after my neck was blown out on the first day. It blows very strongly, it's not even an air conditioner, but a fan, and since the room is tiny, when the air conditioner is turned on, the room is windy.
There are no dental supplies. Body gel only. The room is cleaned every day, it is cleaned normally. The room has a kettle, coffee bags, tea bags, cream. We were with my daughter (17 years old), she slept on a pull-out sofa, also so-so, I had to ask for an extra mattress. It certainly got better. We only had breakfast. It's the same thing every day. (Boiled eggs, omelette, cheese, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, flakes. Fruits (apples, grapefruit, watermelon, orange, dates), pastries a little. Yogurt. Drinks: tea, coffee, juices. It is unclear why we were put in a smoking room (412), none of us smokes. But very often there was a smell in the bathroom, probably through the ventilation. We rented a car, the hotel has its own underground Parking, which is a huge plus, because all packages are paid, you can't just put the car there. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but we did not use it. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway, not far. There are no supermarkets nearby, go towards the subway, there is a minimarker, well, very MINI. There is a restaurant nearby, but it is very expensive. We had a very active holiday, we arrived at the hotel only in the late afternoon. If you are coming for a vacation like us or a business trip, you can choose a hotel. But for passive recreation, I would not recommend it. It is better to pay a little extra and relax in great comfort. I will note the staff, they are without refusals, on the first day they asked for an iron, they brought us + an ironing board. They asked for an additional one. the mattress on the sofa was also brought and laid. I think the hotel corresponds to its own ⭐️⭐️⭐️
