I liked the hotel. The room is spacious and bright. View from the window to the main street. There is a park and a lake not far from the hotel. A very pleasant place for evening walks. The buffet in the hotel was pleasant.

A wonderful chain hotel, the rooms are excellent: spacious, but neat, with an interesting ergonomic design, an interestingly decorated shower room, a full set of soap dishes, a bathrobe, slippers, a safe, and so on. The breakfasts are, let's say, normal. There is also Chinese food, which is not very spicy, and omelets/fried eggs/sausages/croissants, fruits, and normal coffee. The location of the hotel is very good, literally across the river there is a street with a shopping center, cafes, and the metro right next to the hotel. It's more than just 4, closer to 5* already.

A good chain hotel. It's clean and cozy. The room has everything you need. Delicious breakfasts. There are shops and cafes not far from the hotel. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a vending machine with coffee and tea (free of charge) and ice cream

A wonderful hotel, almost in the center of the city. Beautiful, capital, with good furniture and service. Good breakfasts. Everything is nearby: train station, metro, shops, attractions.

A good hotel. The room is cozy, with Wi-Fi in the room. The view from the window was beautiful. The buffet is delicious. The staff is polite. There are a lot of sockets in the room, I did not immediately notice the right connector, they gave me an adapter. Coffee and tea are free on the ground floor. I didn't find a good grocery store nearby, but there is food, especially spicy. If you walk a little, go out to a beautiful pond. There is a metro station nearby. I Recommend The Hotel!

I liked the hotel. Single beds 130 cm wide, right in front of the Citizen home metro hotel and a large lake. On the downside: croissants for breakfast are not very good.

It's a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious with wonderful views and clean. Everything is available (bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, kettle, refrigerator). Good breakfasts. There is a laundry room with a tumble dryer, which can be used with a guest card. Near the shopping center with a large supermarket (instead of a museum).

A typical chain hotel....just like everywhere else on this network, it's simple and the same..... clean, comfortable and somewhat economical :) a lot of people, so the breakfasts are noisy and crowded, but generous and varied ... Good!!!!

The hotel is located in the center of Luoyang, near the metro station. There is a lake near the hotel where you can take a walk. The hotel itself is quite modern, the rooms are large and comfortable. At the reception there is free coffee, juice, ice cream for the guests. It's a small thing, but it's nice.

An excellent hotel, we stayed in it twice, with an interval of two days. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Sitizens metro station` Home. It is very convenient to get here from Luoyang Railway Station. A 7 Eleven convenience store is located diagonally across the street. There is a spacious laundry room on the ground floor of the hotel. There is an ice cream chest and a coffee machine near the reception area. But few places in China make coffee well. Their devices are like 3-in-1 bags. The hotel itself has cozy rooms, a fairly large eating area. Of the three hotel staff, two spoke English, so the check-in was quick and unpretentious...
