We went to the hotel to celebrate the New Year in January 2020. A great hotel within walking distance of all the attractions. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the train station. Spacious room with stylish decoration. All that was missing were disposable slippers! The only drawback is that it blows out of the windows in winter, but the blackout curtains saved. Great breakfasts, there is everything your heart desires, there was even a sliced watermelon in the fruit section! There are several types of fish, Brie cheese, cashews, lactose-free milk and more! The staff is excellent, they advised on all issues. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel has a free separate sauna. I advise you!

Convenient location, near the railway station. The rooms are cozy, the room has everything you need (hairdryer, free safe, kettle + coffee + tea) great view from the window, clean and comfortable). The breakfast is delicious and varied. Recommend.

In comparison with other hotels in the chain around the world and in Russia, it is below average.the room stock was worn out, there was a view on the way, but the sound insulation is good

An ordinary hotel, good rooms. There are no slippers, it's important for me, because I never take them with me. The view from the window onto some kind of roof and office.
The service is excellent, the girls are friendly.
The food for breakfast is not the worst, there is fish and cheese, cereals, scrambled eggs, etc.
The most important feature is the amazing location of the hotel, you get off at the train station, it is very convenient.

The room was cozy. The food is sufficient. The staff is friendly. Wi-fi was accepted everywhere. Ideally located. However, the room was not perfectly clean upon check-in.
