The best hotel in south GOA. I have been staying at this hotel every year for the last 15 years.
A few comments on the reviews:
Take garden view rooms in the main buildings (the villas are not very comfortable).
Why use the pool if the sea is two steps away? There is a swimming pool at home - why go so far?
Be sure to take everything included. It's much better than the Turkish buffet. The buffet is also present, but it is better to order according to the menu (very large) from the waiter. In the evening there is always a large selection of fresh salads and seafood (caught in the morning). My favorite dishes are grilled whole fish and grin salat.
The drinks are freshly squeezed juices (they make a glass of juice out of a whole pineapple with you), beer, wines, and my favorite Old Munk Goan rum.
You will also be well served on the beach: drinks, coconut, food - I advise you to try shrimp in creamy garlic sauce and shish kebab from the freshest fish.
But the main charm is walking along a deserted beach in the middle of the sea. South to the confluence of the river with the sea (there are fishing vessels)

This, of course, is not Turkish 5* and ultra all inclusive, but it is very good for the state of GOA!
Wonderful territory, large and well-maintained, practically a private beach, a good swimming pool, spacious and well-equipped rooms in the main building and in the cottages.
Food with an Indian accent (spicy, spicy and incomprehensible, but clean).
Well-trained staff, polite and moderately efficient, try their best.
There are 3 restaurants on site where you can eat a la carte, you can order a buffet in the main restaurant.
It is necessary to go there, of course, not for food or entertainment (they are not there at all, and thank God!), but for the silence, the incredible daily ebb and flow and the meeting of the sunset. Just stopping a moment for a couple of weeks is a real vacation!

The place is incredible. We stayed with our family at this hotel more than once. Indian weddings are quite often held at the hotel. It's an incredible sight!! in a good way, of course. The chef at Antonio's street kitchen is a professional in his field, a very positive man who exudes incredible energy)
