A good chain hotel with its own chips. I really liked the light installation of Vilnius views on the wall of the room. Good linen and good cosmetics in the bathroom. Location, very close to the old town, and very close to the government quarter and business center

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Modern spacious room, convenient location, competent and helpful staff. We flew from Vilnius to Stockholm, and there I realized that I had lost my AirPods headphones. They searched the whole room - all in vain. 4 days later, returning, we wrote a letter to the Holiday Inn Vilnius with a formal clarification, are they there? Less than 15 minutes later, the answer came that they really had the headphones and were patiently waiting for their mistress. ;) Thank you for your professionalism and concern. We definitely recommend it!

It is very cold in the rooms, the air conditioner was broken, cold air is blowing, it is minus outside, it is cold in the room, they did not go to meet us, the room is not changed, there are no extra blankets. If there are any problems, you can tolerate the solution. The masters are coming next week. In general, the rest of the hotel is fine, but in case of problems, no one will deal with them.
