Terrible attitude towards customers. When I was just interested in connecting, everyone in the office was so smiling and friendly. They smile, tell you everything, and assure you that they are the best provider of all. As soon as there were problems crediting funds through their application, problems arose and the money did not arrive. I arrived at the office. The woman said that she was not involved at all and only accepted cash payments. He says to call tech support. The tech support was rude on the phone and didn't help in any way. After 2 days, the money arrived and the issue was resolved. The next month, everything is exactly the same, only the money didn't arrive even after a week. Circles of hell on a new one. The office told me to call tech support. At first they hung up, then they picked up the phone and told me to call back later, then rudeness, indifference and misunderstanding. I can't say anything about the quality of the Internet (I'm not using it). I assume that the positive reviews do not reflect the real picture. I highly do not recommend this provider.

I came to the office, asked which terminal and how to deposit money. They answered: "We don't know, terminals are not our job, and we have no idea what's where." So I had to go to the office once every 2 months. Until the tariff suddenly increased, I had to go to the office unscheduled, because there was no Internet, and technical support did not respond. And lo and behold, the office is closed in honor of the holiday. I asked again at the terminal and was only able to pay...the Internet never appeared, and the website said that I had not replenished (goodbye my 2k). But I learned how to top up on the site. But as soon as it's 7 p.m. or the weekend, the Internet will definitely start to turn off so that you don't call the office or tech support. In 2 years, the price has already been increased 3 times, but for some reason other providers don't have it, and the quality hasn't changed there, but mine has. Sometimes the Internet goes off for a long time during the day, I call, they say "we don't know what the problem is, they say everything is fine, you have problems there somewhere," and after 2 minutes they turn on, that is, if I hadn't called, would I have been without Internet further? Today is Sunday, there has been no Internet since Saturday evening, we are waiting for Monday to call. At least the website wrote about the reasons for the absence. And I'm not talking about the fact that you're on the Internet for half a month, which even takes 4 minutes for one site to load. Also, the reviews are drugged.
