Hello! I really liked the salon and the master!
I did an air touch, from dark brown hair to light)
I really liked the result!
It was my first time in this salon! We were greeted with a smile and in a great mood! And I was already greeted by name at the entrance and it surprised me very much!!! Master Lera is just a wonderful and attentive hairdresser-stylist, they do their job well and efficiently! She always asked me if I was tired, talked to me and asked me many other things, it was very pleasant! The receptionist also offered tea or coffee, a good opportunity to relax a little long-term coloring, nice guy! I liked the result very much, I turned out to be a beautiful spectacular blonde! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for the excellent work and for the good attitude towards your customers! You are the best!!! Good luck! The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere inside is inviting. The receptionist was smiling and friendly. Anya Ignatieva is a Master with a capital letter. I went to her for a haircut, grooming and styling. I felt like I was in the hands of a professional. When you ask to trim 5cm, then this is 5, not 15 😀 Anya answered my questions and helped me choose home care. I highly recommend it ! Now only to her 🥰

Very poor quality of services! I did highlights with master Valeria! I am extremely dissatisfied with the result, the hair color turned out to be dirty red with strands completely different in shades from pale pink to dirty red ... I will have to redo her work and another master ... I think that Valeria is absolutely a person who does not know how to work with materials, does not understand the final result of the hair when applying the composition, I understand she chose the wrong ones The proportions are mixing the paint , because the result is unattractive, to put it mildly.. I consider such masters to be non-professionals in their field, she is incompetent and illiterate, incompetent to work in this field - my opinion about this master, in addition, I want to note the extreme obsession and imposition of her opinion by the master on me, since she told me her problems and poured her negativity on me ... instead of just listening and just nodding to the client.. since I didn't ask her opinion on life and so on, I'm not interested in what she thinks.. it is generally incorrect to behave this way with a client to argue and prove your point of view. I didn't ask her how to put the balm on my hair, how to take care of it is my personal business. And the water was hot, it burned my whole skin and brought me cold water, she didn't even offer me tea... horror

The masters are excellent! I was with Caroline and Catherine, I did a complex coloring.
Before the start of coloring, we had a long conversation, discussed how, what, what color, what wishes, expressed our opinion. Of course, the professional approach is felt immediately!
As a result, I am very happy with my work! Both times - at the height. After coloring, I contacted about care issues, received comprehensive explanations and life hacks. Thanks a lot to the masters!
