The service is not bad, but the kitchen was waited for an hour, if not more, after 40 minutes 2 soups were brought. A small cockroach crawled out near my daughter and wiggled its whiskers.

The service is terrible, the cocktails were made without alcohol (but alcoholic ones were ordered)
I ordered tea and while waiting for the queue to the bathroom, I saw the bartender putting a lemon in his hands and commenting: while I was cutting a lemon, I cut myself, even baked the wound, and at that moment he put a lemon in the kettle with the same hand (I was 5 months pregnant)
After a long argument with my friends' tea and cocktails, the manager took action, but it took more than 30 minutes!
It is a pity that the institution has deteriorated so much
