I found an apartment that completely satisfied us. We agreed with the manager about the apartment's armor, sent passport details (they asked in advance for the contract so as not to waste time on arrival) and there is a week left before our arrival in Minsk, asked many times if everything would be fine, since we are traveling from Russia and do not want to stay on the street. I was constantly answered everything is fine, we are waiting for you. AND BAM! Before you leave late in the evening, they write that we cannot check you in, saying goodbye. Yes, they wrote such nonsense that there is blood from the eyes. Guys, I'm telling you in advance, don't mess with this office, let me have this bitter experience alone and learn from my mistake. Here is the end of our correspondence with them.... Just think twice before booking...

If you value your nerves and time, do not contact this organization! We booked an apartment two weeks in advance. On the day of arrival in Minsk, the apartment was not occupied. Let's explain that there is no hot water. To which we agreed, but later refused to settle at all! They offered similar ones with older repairs and a smaller area for the same money. They were left essentially in the non-starting position.
The deposit is generally a separate story. They gave me the card number, after I transferred the deposit, it turned out that the card was in a different currency, although we clarified the currency and were told that it was in Belarusian rubles. As a result, they did not admit their mistake and we lost money on conversions! After rejecting the alternatively offered apartments, the deposit was returned only after a reminder and not in full, referring to its own conversion rate. The horror!!!

I visited Minsk for the first time. The trouble began after arriving from the airport to the meeting place with an employee of another agency, with whom an agreement was reached three months before arrival on the issue of rental housing. As a result, he just threw. He was in touch until the last moment, but disappeared on arrival.
After that, I turned to Home Apart, where they quickly helped me find housing in the center, Independence 13.

In early October, I rented an apartment on Independence Avenue 13. The location turned out to be as comfortable as possible, the very center of the city, everything is within walking distance.
The service staff were very friendly, there were no problems with prepayment and payment of housing, as well as with the return of the deposit, the contract was signed as quickly as possible.
The apartment itself is gorgeous, all the sleeping accessories for the right number of people were in place. Of the minuses, there was no elevator in the house.

The house has an excellent pastry shop (The ODI) and the famous chain of cafes of national cuisine - Cornflowers. And if a dranik or dessert turned out to be superfluous, then the round-the-clock pharmacy in the house will come to the rescue.
+ Parking! You can always find a parking space in the courtyard in the evening. It will be a little more difficult to do this during the day, but it's still real.
+ A large apartment! No, it's huge! with a convenient layout.
+ Equipment! Hair dryer, washing machine, iron, kitchen.. There is everything you need.
+ Hot water! Regular travelers know that this can be a problem. She's hot here. Always. As many as you want.
+ Convenient check-in! The office where you can get the keys and make the payment is within walking distance.
- The noise of the avenue. Location fee. The windows of all bedrooms overlook Independence Avenue. There is traffic here at any time of the day. Therefore, spend all your energy walking around this wonderful city and go to bed exhausted. Then no noise from the avenue will wake you up. Well, and earplugs, of course =)
Additional comment: there is no elevator. And the stairs in the Stalinki are steep and high.

We lived on Novgorodskaya 11 with a company of 10 people: in general, we liked everything, the house is clean, corresponds to the photo, some furniture elements are already "not the first freshness". The metro is a 25-minute walk away, and I had to get to the center by taxi.
We had agreed in advance on apartments on Independence 13 in the center, but upon arrival "something happened with the wiring" and we were offered to consider the option of living on Novgorodskaya 11 at a reduced price (no prepayment was left). Before entering the house, we were shown, everything was fine with us (our own Parking for three cars).
They paid in cash at the Karl Marx office, plus a deposit on the card, which was returned in the evening of the day of departure. The girls in the office are friendly, everything is explained.

We rented a 4-room apartment on Storozhovskaya str., 8. We went to Minsk for the February holidays, the hotels were very expensive during this period, and there were 5 of us. The 4-room apartment was perfect. The apartment is very clean, there are towels, shampoo with shower gel, and all necessary utensils (including glasses).
The location is great, in the very center of the city.

Upon arrival at the office, it turned out that the reserved apartments were occupied. They offered a "better" replacement. On the spot it turned out to be a small studio with one bed. As a solution, they offered to return the money and go outside. They refused to give the phone number of the head. I had to urgently look for a bed for two, which is very problematic on Friday evening. The office is cutting "loot". They don't care about the customers. I have never seen such rudeness before. Payment is required, either to a personal card or in cash. They don't give you a cash receipt. So weigh up a hundred times whether contacting a company with a 13-year history is worth your nerves. There are many honest agencies in Minsk. Ps Finally, with difficulty, Home Apart squeezed out a review. Your employee did not offer several options, but one for $ 440. If you consider this a solution, then I consider it a mockery. PPS A month later, Home Apart admitted its mistake! And "once again" apologized! I really don't know when there were other "times". Nevertheless, great progress has been made. The truth is confused in the testimony. With the amounts of additional payments and the number of apartments offered. There are many honest agencies in Minsk. No deposits or overpayments. It is better to search than to stay without a place to stay, even after paying an advance on someone's personal card.

The most interesting thing began after the eviction. By the time of the eviction, the maid came, took the apartment, said that everything was in order. And an hour later, the manager wrote that only 1,500 rubles would be returned from the deposit of 9,000 rubles, since coffee stains on the bed linen could not be removed and it would have to be replaced. And it costs 5,000 rubles. Although the underwear is far from new and made of the simplest satin. And they also sent some kind of blurry photo of a stain on the couch, which supposedly will have to be taken out at the dry cleaners. Again, the maid who examined the apartment with me did not notice anything like that.
In general, taking into account the fact that they work without a contract and pay by card, the office is ***. They write positive reviews themselves.

I needed an apartment for a couple of months. Thank you very much to the administrator Veronica. The girl offered me several options for my budget. My choice fell on Bronevoy Lane (3 rooms). The renovation is very cool, in calm tones, as I like. I often cook myself, so I was very glad that the apartment has a normal oven and a working extractor hood.
The sink got clogged during the stay. The guys quickly resolved the issue, sent their master Konstantin, who cleaned everything, also replaced the light bulbs in some places, although I did not ask.
I was cleaned once a week. The cleaning is really high-quality + a change of linen. For an additional fee, you can ask the maid to iron things. It is better to coordinate the cleaning time in advance with the administrator one day in advance.

I was wary) but the prepayment has been sent and there is nothing to do. I attacked on the phone, asked probably a million questions and got fairly quick and comprehensive answers to everything. I asked to see the apartment first and then they came to meet me. Of course, it's lucky that my option is only 5 minutes from the office, but nevertheless. Kristina showed the apartment and explained in detail how to use everything. I was offered a dozen different payment and deposit options. At the same time, it was my interests that were taken into account! The apartment was 100% consistent with the photos and description on the website. The girls were in touch 24/7. There are no problems with the eviction either, I just left the keys in the mailbox. By that time, there were no fears that they would be "thrown" with the deposit. Within a day, the deposit was returned to my card.
The apartments have high-quality bed linen and towels with the company logo. On the table there was a booklet with the rules of accommodation in two languages of excellent printing quality. Little things, but they speak about the attitude to the case. In general, my Vacation was wonderful and in many ways it is the merit of the Home Apart company

In the summer, we booked an apartment for a family with two children for the New Year 2021/2022.
A week before arrival, they started writing that they could not withdraw the prepayment, although under the terms of the booking they should have done it a month ago! I updated the data, then, just in case, entered the data of another card from another bank altogether, but there was not even an attempt to debit from that new card and they simply canceled the reservation themselves. At the same time, before updating the card on the booking, they asked for personal data on the card, since they can't write off money in any way, so give us the card details and we will write off the money.
Since there are such problems with debiting, I offered them to simply transfer the required amount to the card or account, but they refused!!! They were motivated by the fact that it is not customary for them to do this in the company.... That is, it is customary to throw people, but not to look for other payment acceptance options!!!
After canceling the reservation, I saw the same apartment on the website for twice the price!
Do not get involved, I admit that you can lose all the money from the card. Or you will just stay on the street, for example, with two small children.
