I didn't even expect that everything would happen so quickly and efficiently. The smell and traces of urine are gone. We were given a 5% discount on the next cleaning and a reminder on furniture and mattress care. I was very pleased. It's been 3 days, there's no smell and no stain either. I was told that if it suddenly appeared, they would come and eliminate it, but fortunately it was not necessary. Thanks for the work.
