It's a strange service. Take a certificate - if today it is 2000 tenge, if within 3 days it is 500 tenge ... And in other banks it is free ... And payment is only in cash, and to take cash, we were sent to the neighboring Kaspi bank... I don't recommend this bank to anyone, it's a waste of nerves and time. Plus a Star for drinking water from the cooler for free)))

Быстрое обслуживание. И самое главное есть страхование кредита( недавно умерла наша родственница. Она взяла кредит- он был застрахован. Банк отреагировал очень быстро. Связал с страховом. Да и вообще сделали все возможное чтобы оказать помощь!)

Сам по себе банк отличный. Но помещение, а именно входную часть надо переделать. Железная дверь тоже портит интерьер. Внутри не уютно как-то... Сотрудники вежливые.

Постоянная толпа, очередь к терминалу. Помещение маленькое. К работе сотрудников нареканий нет. Но то что помещение ну совсем мизерная квадратура
