On March 25, I submitted an application to the bank and attached a bunch of documents that were required...On April 17, I find out that one of my applications was received at the main office of the bank, the documents were not sent...I had to collect all the documents again...these are the managers in this branch....They searched, searched the tables for my documents and never found them...it's just that they were thrown out, and I've been waiting for the bank's decision for a whole month ... here I am again waiting for it is not known what was sent...No responsibility whatsoever
