It's very crowded, there are few seats, right at the entrance, a lot of people are standing, everyone is nervous. Customer service is normal, the manager works well, but the room is not at all adapted for working with people. The terrible attitude of the management towards its customers, this is a room for a mini office, not for a bank branch

The bank branch is very small. Long queues. People are waiting on the streets because they can't fit in the room. There are 3 managers per place, often only 2 work
