In order to receive a profitable cashback, I downloaded the bank's application on May 9th. I started testing products and installed a virtual Home Credit Lite card. However, my Huawei smartphone does not support Google Pay for contactless payment due to the conflict between the US and China. I came to one of the bank's branches to receive a plastic card. I was refused and told to wait 6 months. I remembered the 90s of the USSR, when sausage was given on coupons. It seems to be a bank from the Czech Republic. I felt the remnants of communism. I wrote an appeal, but they refused. I brought 500,000 tenge to the bank, I wanted to open a deposit in exchange for a plastic card. But they refused me, I saw that the bank was not customer-oriented. I opened a deposit in Berek Bank, they have no problems with plastic and no cashback. No one at Home Credit explained about these conditions and they are not registered anywhere. And no one knows the answer about these conditions of the bank. I think they lose customers every day. I am outraged and disappointed. Also, ATMs do not accept 5,000 tenge of the new sample in 2023. They don't have Home Pay like Kaspi Pay. In Fridom bank, they open a virtual card without any problems and bring a plastic one to the address.
