The computer did not work, so they could not print the document needed for reporting to the company. They refused to sell. They drove the client to fury and refused. After the client left, a more experienced salesperson, a woman of pre-retirement age and "Soviet upbringing" began to teach her younger novice colleague that, in principle, they (the store) were wrong, that they denied the client his legal right, and the client could sue them, but how good is it that the client does not know their capabilities...
