Today I took my passports (my own and all family members) from the Italian Visa Application Center.
All have opened Schengen for a period of 1 year.
If earlier obtaining a visa was commonplace, then in today's realities it becomes a real quest)). I highly recommend it. I needed a visa to the UK, I came immediately with a package of documents indicated on the website, they did not advise anything else, they made an entry. And silence, my questions were ignored in Viber, a couple of days before the filing, I started calling, in the afternoon I managed to get through, they told me where the filing was, and said that I accidentally got into spam in Viber (this is exactly what happens by chance), apparently they were not going to inform me about what documents and where to go, because they already have the money, you can ignore it. We sent a link to a questionnaire where there were errors in the translation of the profession, errors in a series of documents. A few months later, a refusal followed due to a poorly assembled case. Naturally, they did not admit their guilt, because responsibility is not their strong suit.

The manager did not advise that they could call from the embassy and ask questions, and did not provide reservations and a route in a timely manner. As a result, the refusal.
