I have visited this institution several times. Great atmosphere, cool service, a game area with a game console. A large shelf for tobacco, there are options for every taste / strength. The staff is pleasant/responsive and polite. I advise you to definitely visit this establishment if you smoke hookah and want to have an atmospheric/ cozy time - you should definitely like it!!!

Good evening, we came to this institution today. The service is terrible. We found out in advance if the VIP lounge was available... in response, we heard that it would be available soon, but we can wait in the common room. They asked us how long we'd be there... we answered in 3 minutes... we arrived....the guy at the bar answered all the questions very rudely ... he said that the VIP room was not clear after how long it would be free, but you can sit in general ... well, we agreed and went ... sat down and took board games. The same rude guy came and asked what we wanted to order?! We replied (as we were expecting a vip lounge) coffee and juice... there was no coffee, we asked for tea and slk to begin with...the answer…You must definitely order a hookah, because because of you I refused other visitors... we asked where it is prescribed?! he replied that his superiors had told him so... they asked him to call his superiors or his phone number... he said he wouldn't give them anything, then he waved his hand and sent us. After 5-7 minutes, an unknown number called us (in the future, this number did not answer because it was turned off), they said that we were obliged to order 80p since we were there. And otherwise we had to go out.....BUT... we didn't wait for the order and got rude treatment. We will call the region in the morning.the consumer. Since the birthday party is ruined, so is the mood
