This is not an official representative of Hook Place, as my friends and I found out quite recently.
The last visit to this hookah bar was about six months ago, but after that they vowed not to go here.
The waitress's service was unfriendly, the girl didn't seem to do anything like that, but there was a feeling that we were not welcome in the establishment. The hookah is tasteless, quickly exhausted, absolutely not worth the money. The food is ordinary.

Strange rules about the prohibitions of board games. Obviously for an additional payment to the VIP lounge. Nothing was explained after the conversation with the manager. The answer was that there were such rules . They do not refer to any specific data. We ordered a dark side, it feels a little diluted.

I really liked the hookah and the hookah maker himself was very pleasant, he did it cool! Smoked for almost 2 hours :)
The only thing is that there is a waitress here who is very unpleasant to customers. She is not rude, but she shows with all her appearance how she does not like you, squints her eyes, never smiled, but only looked unhappy. This attitude is very repulsive. I wouldn't have come to the place anymore just because of that waitress.

We have been here twice: in August 2017 and in September 2023. Both the first and the second time were very satisfied. The interior has changed, but the kitchen and hookah were wonderful and remained so! The steak was made exactly the same roast, as we asked. Grilled vegetables are wonderful! Delicious tea. Hookah was also made, taking into account all our wishes! Super! As soon as we are still in Yerevan, we will definitely come!

Hookah for 3 out of 10. We came in several times and took hookahs for 8 and 10k drams, and both times there was a feeling that only the price differed in them. After regularly visiting the Hookah place chain in Moscow, I am very disappointed. Although the price is almost the same.
According to the situation:
You come to relax and smoke a hookah, but you listen to something being sawed with a grinder at the entrance. The work should be carried out when the customers are in the institution. 0 out of 10.
For maintenance:
If you accept the fact that you have to run after the staff, then the service is not bad.
We ordered juice - we pointed directly at the menu with our finger, what exactly we need to bring. The price is 800 AMD. A decanter of juice is brought. As a result, the receipt states that the price is 3200 because the decanter is 4 servings. At the same time, no one asked the waiter to bring a decanter, the menu item specifically indicates the price without any gradations in volume. How the problem is solved: "you drank it, so you have to pay for it." The shoals of the institution must be paid by the client who listens to the Bulgarian) After much debate, the amount was adjusted to the correct one. Thanks for that, too. We won't come again.

Before my eyes, 5 clients left who did not wait for a "punctual professional". Decide for yourself whether you should come here. But I'm definitely never coming back.

They changed the coals after an hour and generally ignored the staff (they are more interested in discussing other points). There is no interest. Very unpleasant ! I don't want to go back to this place.

I have been to this institution 3 times. Hookahs are fine (I usually take dark or blackburn), mix well. The cuisine is on the level, the cocktails are just a bomb, the prices are like in any other hookah bar of this level in Yerevan. I am satisfied and recommend you to visit
