We were in the institution often, and each time I raised a lot of questions, from serving waiters to paying for an order. There is such a "joke", which was written below, that you need to "knock out" the table to sit in the institution, because apparently everything depends on the mood of the nedadmin. We visited this institution on Tuesday evening, they said from the threshold that there were no tables and payment was possible only in cash or by transfer. When the time came to pay, they brought us not a check, but a check (i.e. not stamped at the checkout) and the phone number to which the money had to be transferred. At our request, what can we try to draw on the map, maybe there is a connection, and so on? - the waiter sharply replied that the terminals were taken from them (WHO AND WHERE is A MYSTERY) Neither the appearance of the administrator nor the explanation of whose number it was followed, there was just a number on the check paper. Here it is a frequent "problem of non-working terminals", because I get to it not for the first time, and always on weekdays. The administrator is incompetent, does not solve questions, after communicating with him there is nothing but irritation. A high rating and a lot of reviews on the cards only because they promise a cup of coffee if you write that they say, that's what good fellows.

We recommended this place when buying tobacco in the store of the HookahMarket chain. First impression (external) good. Beautiful interior, there is a wardrobe at the entrance. But then not everything is so fine, but even the opposite: 1) Oolong tea is served immediately brewed in a liter teapot. Because of this, it soon becomes bitter and tasteless. 2) When they ordered a hookah, they asked for something apple and some kind of "Blackburn type" tobacco. They brought a hookah on tobacco "Severny", which is much inferior. For the first couple of minutes, such tobacco smokes well, and then the taste changes and gives off chymose. 3) The hookah master rarely comes to change the coals, the tobacco overheats. 4) Wings from a beer plate look like boiled bones in slime. It looks unappetizing and uncomfortable to eat. 5) There is a button to call the waiter, but they respond to it for a very long time (20-30 minutes). 6) When the bill was brought, we had a discount from the place of work, but we could not apply it because "we had already printed the receipt" 7) Tables are booked not just for a while, but for a while and up to a certain time. There was a group of friends at the next table and their waitress just kicked them out in the middle of the evening because their time was up. 8) Live music. Yes, the girl sings well. But this is a hookah bar where people come to relax. The songs are cheerful, active and sooo loud, so that you can't hear the comrades nearby. 9) The toilet had a clogged sink, which made it difficult to wash your hands. 10) The aisles between the tables are quite narrow, each passing person touches the one sitting on the edge of the sofa. After the evening in this hookah bar, I was disappointed. Maybe the place is good, like a bar (no one ordered cocktails). Not a drop of that relaxing "lounge atmosphere" is created.
