Great place! A large selection of tea , Hookahs are very good. The service is excellent. The manager came up and asked if he liked everything. The staff is very attentive. A great vacation , a pleasant place .

The hookah here is just great, they make it very quickly. As soon as you enter the establishment, a hookah man immediately approaches. I especially like the online menu: I just choose what I want to order, show it to the waiter, he takes pictures and brings it. I repeat, hookahs are made in just 5 minutes — I have never seen such a speed anywhere else!

A great place to smoke, quiet and cozy, pedestrian street, walking you can go for an hour. In general, I recommend it. I liked everything. The staff is friendly, sociable, and even helped to place suitcases for a couple of hours before departure. Rush. It made me very happy. I will be in these parts, I will definitely come back 👍🏼

Hookahs and hookah service are excellent.
The whole impression is spoiled by the service from the waiters and the "policy of the institution" about tea.
The policy is that they put 200g of tea and give a liter of boiling water, while it is impossible to add boiling water (although there is still enough "brewing" for a lot).
The service is mediocre and by....thanks from the waiters.
Separate about the policy:
Hookah Place is a network where the "policy" should be the same regardless of the city or country.
In Bali, boiling water is quietly poured into this network.
In Moscow, too, without any problems.
In Nizhny Novgorod, too.
This branch, unfortunately, adheres to its own policy, which spoils the impression and makes it come back again.

Лучшие кальяны от крутых мастеров. Крутая не шумная атмосфера. Очень хорошие сотрудники, приветливые и доброжелательные. Все нравится, хожу каждый день отдохнуть и поработать.

Являюсь постоянным посетителем данного заведения. Ребята с душой относятся к своей работе, в результате получаются отличные кальяны. Ассортимент табаков достойный, как и меню в плане еды и напитков. Смело рекомендую к посещению!

Лучшая кальянная в Алматы на данный момент. Большой выбор табака, вкусно забивают, за кальяном следят.
В плане сервиса Hookah Place — топ. Очень рад, что в городе наконец можно вкусно покурить.

Хорошее место. Персонал вежливый, кальян дымный, ребята знают свое дело. Еда очень вкусная. Меню небольшое, но каждая позиция из опробованных - супер. Атмосфера приятная.

Топ местечко, ходим раза 3-4 в неделю, пока ни разу не было причин более не появляться. Пока единственное место, где всегда делают норм кальян. Пару раз ошиблись с крепостью, без лишних вопросов поменяли. персонал отзывчивый, мигрировавшие люди привезли нормальный сервис в Алматы)
