We were here on Saturday evening, waiting for the order for about 20 minutes. We had a set of three burgers and fries. It's a simple and straightforward meal, and you don't expect much from it, but how delicious it was! The meat is tender and juicy, without veins and fat, as it happens in other places (and the roasting was done as requested). Homemade buns (or very good purchased ones) are airy, soft, and fragrant. There is a lot of sauce, and although it is factory-made, as far as I understand, it is good, tasty and tender. I'll definitely come back to try other burgers.

On March 17th, we had a triple bbq and chicken set . I didn't like it 1) the forks are not clean, one fork is not from the set 2) instead of napkins, they gave pieces of hand towels, which they called strips - saving, saving, but everything should be within reason. 3) the gloves are terrible, falling off your hands 4) The chicken set raises many questions. The thighs look like boiled chicken. 5) There were too many sauces and the burgers were swimming in the raw sauce. Like it: Did you like the burger patty

A loaf is the worst I've ever tasted, it resembles low-quality bread, which is a minus There are NO vegetables in it - this is a minus, in my subjective opinion There is NO service here as such I recommend that you do something… So far, our favorite is "AmericanBBQ"

We were given a tracker and waited 40 minutes for the order. When they came to find out how long our order would be ready, they simply took the tracker away from us and pressed something on the screen, after which the tracker started working. Either they forgot about us or something else, but the bottom line is that we ended up with cold burgers, cold potatoes and hardened cheddar cheese. All this was accompanied by rolling eyes of the staff and no apologies. I wrote on Instagram, where I described this situation in detail - no response. Terrible place, service and staff.

This is not the first time I have visited .We were together with my husband today. We ordered tar-tar and a beer set (my husband likes meat). I was very satisfied with the cooked dishes, which my husband noted. It is not always possible to cook meat well in establishments of a higher category. I don't understand the comments below.

We ordered a set for two with a friend, after waiting too long, we received our cold set with one pair of gloves and a bottle of kvass, which was never offered to be poured, the impression is disgusting, the staff at the checkout is extremely unpleasant. The impression is terrible, especially from the attitude towards the guests. The staff did not even apologize for their own mistake, when in other establishments it is customary to make amends.

I didn't like all the items, but the cherry burger is my favorite. Delicious, satisfying, good. They gave me a lot of napkins and they all came in handy) The service is the same as on the whole court. The availability time depends on the workload, which is logical.

Great hearty meal. I took borscht and marrow bones. They put bread with bacon with borscht, it was very tasty, but the marrow bones are still overrated for me. They were praised so much on the Internet, but in the end it was just plain fat (but that's not the point of the restaurant, it's just a dish like that).
