Then we were sent for a cardiogram and told that it was in the basement -1 floor in the 6th office , we pressed the -1 button in the elevator , went into the 6th office , as it turned out, the elevator brought us to the 1st floor and there was an ultrasound , so all praised Seyran Enverovich , talked to me as if I was not I understand the Russian language explaining that the cardiogram is one floor below . Disgusting attitude towards patients, even if we made a mistake, is it possible to afford to talk like that with patients - clients of the clinic. The girl at the checkout is sitting with such a face as if we all owe her there, neither hello nor give a shit.... Everyone who came across me that day at the clinic went with such faces as if I did not know where I came to for the first time and the last time I will not go there anymore and I will not advise anyone!

I was at an appointment with a gynecologist Sitora Valievna, unfortunately I do not know her as a specialist, but when I came to the appointment once, I realized that this was my last time. She greeted me as if I had come to her house for free advice, she even talked barely with a favor, not looking in my direction. Hello doctors, you don't want to work, don't work, you bothered to go to work, do it efficiently. The only specialist whom I can praise in this clinic is the ultrasound technician Seyran, unfortunately I do not remember the patronymic and last name. A very pleasant doctor, a very competent specialist.

The doctor arrogantly put down my documents without looking at them, examined me, wrote diagnoses (this is bad, this is bad, surgery is needed, etc.), and silently escorted me out. She didn't say anything during the examination, just asked where I was from. From where? The man just came for an ultrasound, after a difficult operation. My surgeon was in delicate shock. He decoded her ultrasound for me himself and sent me on my way until the next check-up. There was nothing wrong with the ultrasound. Such blind arrogance towards the patient, for what and why?
