On May 17th, we went to Hori's restaurant, and when we asked for the bill, we were given a bill for 3,400,000 even though we only ate one dish, 1 salad, 1 French fries, and 2 teas. After my friend and I left, we called Hori and asked them to send us a photo of our receipt, to which they said that the receipt had been thrown away, after that we said "okay, then we'll come now" to the account, the girl said she would find out now and call back. This all happens after we left the restaurant literally 5-10 minutes later. The girl called back 2 minutes later and said that there had been a misunderstanding, and my friend was going there to find out the situation, then it turned out that they had thrown in an amount of 2,000,000 million. The bill was 1.888.000 thousand, and we still left some good tea. It is necessary to check the receipt in detail every time.

At 22:50, they brought us a check, which, as it turned out, was not ours at all — it was punched at 21:24 and was intended for another table. Such an incident raises serious doubts about the professionalism and honesty of the staff. An error of this kind is unacceptable in an institution that claims to have a high level of service. If we hadn't been paying attention, we could have paid for someone else's dinner. Especially pay attention to who makes the birthday, they add a lot of things that you didn't order. We strongly recommend that all guests check the receipts before paying. We hope that the restaurant management will take measures to eliminate such cases in the future.
