The prices are not high, but the layout of the building is such that in the middle there is a shaft on the ground floor of which there is a shared kitchen, as well as the windows of the rooms (not all) overlook this shaftand the slightest noise and smells from the kitchen all come from the rooms.There is a small relaxation area on the roof with sun loungers and tables.
