A great place in the center of our beautiful city.
It is cozy inside and has a place for gatherings with conversations, music is not playing loudly. The service is excellent, everything is cooked very quickly and served immediately. We ordered ramen with beef and poke with salmon, the ramen is delicious, but the poke is for an amateur. In general, we were satisfied with visiting this institution!

We recently visited Hotey and were very pleased! 🍣
The cafe is cozy and modern, with a pleasant atmosphere. The music is unobtrusive, which allows you to quietly enjoy food and socializing.
The staff is polite and attentive. The order was accepted quickly, and the dishes were not long in coming.
The sushi and rolls were fresh and delicious. I especially liked the spicy shrimp rolls baked in batter. The portions are quite large, and the price-quality ratio is excellent.
I recommend this cafe to all lovers of such cuisine. We will definitely come back here again!

The menu is good and there is lunch and the main thing, and the first, and sushi, and compote, as they say. For pizza, salad, coffee, 8 pieces of 250 grams of sushi, they gave 40 rubles. It's very inexpensive. It's delicious. Fresh. They arrived very quickly. 10 minutes literally. Everything is very decent, neat, delicious!!! Thank you. That's cool!!! I eat there all the time, because I am close to work. Nice service staff, fast as they cook. The prices bite a little and are higher than in many establishments, the rolls were dry and with a non-chewing nori, they also regret the filling, the pizzas are very tasty, ramen with poke too, it's a little cramped in the institution, and so in general everything is super 😊

We were at the institution on November 29. We ordered pizza with a young man and pho bo. The pizza is very tasty. But fo bo... I've never seen anything like this in my life. The waitress was friendly, but when I asked why beef broth with noodles is called fo bo on their menu, she said: this is our original recipe, onions and green onions should also go there, but they are not. I'm asking why you didn't say you didn't have any ingredients, the waitress silently shrugged her shoulders. If I were her, I would at least suggest removing the dish from the receipt. Otherwise, it's not bad, good interior, clean, large menu, but I've never seen SUCH a thing in my life ... no spices in the broth, herbs, pepper, onions, I'm silent about extras like bean sprouts, mint, lime. They gave me a piece of lemon and thanks for that. By the way, it cost quite a lot.

Just a thrill! The service is good, the food is fast, the atmosphere is great.
We took baked shrimp rolls, udon noodles, banana and kiwi rolls for dessert and fruit tea.
The shrimp rolls just melted in my mouth. The noodles turned out to be very satisfying. Dessert... Ohh, it was a complete delight! As for the tea, the aroma was richer than the taste.

The place looks nice from the street. The interior is nice, but the roof is very low, so it's a little cramped for me (with a height of 185). We ordered several dishes, in particular I ate Hotei Tempura roll and Beef Ramen. The roll is not bad enough, despite the almost complete absence of salmon in the filling, as for the ramen, there is only the name from it. The service is practically non-existent. Total 3/5

The kitchen , the furnishings , the service - there are no complaints , but when ordering , according to the administrator, sweet sushi will be served , as a compliment from the institution , the children were waiting and counting . It is a pity that the promises were not fulfilled .

We ordered the delivery and were disappointed. Sushi is tasteless, it looks sloppy, the fish is a strange color, it doesn't give any taste. In some sushi, the proportions of the ingredients are inadequate (a huge protruding piece of avocado, but there is no fish), wasabi is very diluted, to feel the sharpness, you need to use half the jar.
There was a feeling that the sushi was not particularly fresh and they would not be made in the near future.

The toilet is dim, the light bulb does not work. There are also problems with the light in the "dressing room", it flashes and it really hurts the eyes. A high chair, it's there, it seems to be good, but it's so dirty, just a black pad (although it was originally supposed to be white), no one has ever washed it. They forgot about one of the ordered dishes (a simple udon with mushrooms was cooked for 15-20 minutes longer than a large pizza, 3 rolls, soup, French fries, tea and drinks). They asked for baby juice that was not cold, so it was brought hot that the child could not drink (well, it's logical that it's not cold, it's just not from the refrigerator). A teapot of tea - without a spring, I had to drink with garbage... Chopsticks for rolls and napkins do not bring themselves, you need to ask separately.
But, overall, the food was delicious. If you evaluate only the food, then it is normal. If the environment is also important, then I do not recommend this place to visit.

An atmospheric cozy place with delicious food. The rolls are not bad and the pizza is too.
I took a WOK, but it turned out to be too simple - rice and chicken. Where are the vegetables? They also put vegetables in all establishments. I'll just make rice with chicken at home. Nevertheless, it was delicious.
Three stars because there was no soap in the toilet. There was only antiseptic. Sorry, but the absence of even the cheapest soap is not acceptable. That's when I come next time and there will be soap - I will increase the rating. But so far.
In general, the place is good, cozy, lamp-lit with delicious food and inexpensive. I recommend it and will go there again.

We stopped for lunch at 4 p.m. I immediately clarified the waiting time, as they did not have much time. We were pleased with the 20-minute wait. They stayed. They sat down on the flight. We waited for the menu for 7 minutes, the order was accepted after 10 minutes, as a result, the order was prepared for 35 minutes instead of the promised 20. I realized that we would not have time to have lunch on the spot, so I asked to pack it with me. There was 1 girl at 7 tables on the flight, although the landing inside was 30% percent.
I clarified that we were in a hurry and asked us to calculate, the girl took the money and disappeared with the change for 10 minutes. Then she came out and said that their system was hanging and they had to wait. We were already late and I said we couldn't wait for who knows how long. I asked myself if it would be faster to pay with a card, to which I received a positive response. It is unclear why she did not offer such an alternative herself.
It is sad that in an institution where the cuisine is quite good, such a low level of service…

We ordered the delivery of rolls. We waited 1.5 hours, although the administrator called the delivery time an hour.
We were very hungry and looking forward to our cherished rolls. AND JUST SOME HORROR CAME! Not only were the rolls too small, they were also cheated by 30 grams. Rolls look better and taste better in ordinary supermarkets than in a specialized Hotei institution, which positions itself in this way.
The rolls taste and look terrible. I just regretted it a hundred times when I opened them, and then I tried again. The soy sauce stank of formaldehyde, as if the liquid from under the corpse had been poured into packing containers and shipped. It's just some kind of horror. I'm very angry, because I wanted to eat delicious rolls, and in the end, Hotei ruined my evening. In general, I can't understand where so many positive reviews came from here..bought most likely.
I wish you would close your low-grade establishment as soon as possible.
