The repertoire of the singer of the songs will need to be changed periodically. If you sit in a cafe for several nights in a row, then the same songs get boring. As for the disco in the basement.....then you can turn down the volume in the speakers a little so as not to disturb the vacationers. At the same time, it is not to the detriment of the dancers, since the room is closed in essence. Not all rooms have remote controls for a satellite set-top box, and the air conditioning does not work in room 6. The shelves in the showers would also be good to repair. Employees get paid, management makes a profit. There is no contact between employees and management.
