Everything is very clean, the rooms have air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, modern shower, welcome tea set, shampoo, gel, slippers, etc. Outside the window is a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the city. The hotel staff is always ready to help - with reservations, rooms, luggage, excursions, tell you about interesting locations and events taking place in Gyumri. Thanks!
