They cheat with the cost of tickets for excursions. She was the host company for 4 seasons as part of a tour in Prague purchased from Amigos. During the transfer, the guide offered a catalog of excursions for the duration of the tour. In some of them, the entrance ticket to the visited object is paid separately. During the excursions, it turned out that the guide collects money for tickets at an inflated price, about 2 euros per person. He tries in every possible way to prevent tourists from paying for them at the ticket office on their own. So I recommend buying excursions with paid visits to facilities or buying from other companies, or driving yourself. As for excursions without additional fees - well done here, there were no complaints.

Just disgusting service and cheating tourists! We paid 85 euros for a boat tour with fireworks on 01.01.2019. The program promised an aperitif, a buffet and a two-hour ride - as a result, they rode for half an hour and were treated only to a glass of champagne. THAT'S IT! This is a deception of the consumer or, more simply, a "scam". I strongly advise against contacting 4 seasons.
