It's a wonderful hotel. Kind host, small cozy rooms, there is a washing machine, a kitchen and an outdoor terrace with tables. If we are in Kutaisi, we will definitely come again.

A great mini-hotel. I didn't find any disadvantages, only advantages. The rooms are not large. The staff is friendly, they will help you with everything. You can drive in and out at night. They will tell you where to take and leave the keys. Yandex taxi finds it by name. Centre. Everything is nearby.
