Single room, small but comfortable, street view. A one-and-a-half-bed is fine for one person. I did not immediately see the refrigerator-it hangs on the wall like a mirror, a small bottle of water fits. Breakfast in the restaurant-it is possible on the street -serving antique porcelain, hearty, delicious.

Disgusting attitude on the part of the staff, the employee, whether Italian or Indian (it's hard to say for sure), behaved rudely and completely unprofessionally. We just wanted to spend time in the lobby — not to sleep, not to eat, but to sit quietly and read a book, as the airport was closed from 12 to 4 a.m., and it was cold outside. Instead of minimal understanding and hospitality, they started kicking us out, saying it was forbidden. When we tried to explain the situation, he not only refused to meet us halfway, but also tried to hint at a bribe for the opportunity to stay. When we pointed out that such an attitude was unacceptable, he stated that he had his own rules. Such rudeness and greed spoil the impression of the whole hotel. In other hotels of this level (and even lower) we were always greeted with understanding and respect. An absolute disgrace to the hotel business. I do not recommend staying here, we have not seen this in any other hotel. The review will be brief. If you happen to get to Florence again, we will stay at the same hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfasts are quite good. The location is all within walking distance. In general, I recommend it!
