A wonderful hotel, in the very center, everything is nearby, excellent breakfast, and you know I love breakfast. Good polite staff, Russians are not hired, this is a big minus, but there are a lot of Ukrainians and everyone speaks Russian, and national problems are on the side!

Amazing service! I'm going back to Berlin just to stay at this hotel. The best hotel of those five star hotels around the world where I have lived, I have never seen anything like it.
