The hotel in the pictures is beautiful, but in reality it's not worth the money. Positive: 1) Friendly staff 2) kitchen for self-cooking 3) closed parking on site 4) the metro is close, it is convenient to get to the center. Minuses: 1) Uncomfortable shower - when you bathe, the water spreads all over the floor near the toilet bowl, sink, fence does not help. There was nothing to remove the water from the floor, so I had to lay towels and then squeeze the water out of them. Plastic creaking door to the toilet / shower, hardly closes (it is necessary to slam hard). 2) There is no elevator. It may be a small thing, but if you have a fourth floor, it's a little annoying. 3) The area is noisy, you can't sleep normally: dogs at night, working men start talking loudly in the morning. There's a train running nearby, as if it's right next to your bed. 4) The air conditioner does not turn on, there is a remote control, but it is from another device. I contacted the staff, but the problem was not solved. I had to share the remote control with my neighbors, taking turns turning the air conditioner on and off. You also need to take into account the important point that you don't really use the air conditioner. It is very thoughtlessly positioned above the bed and blows directly at you. It's both uncomfortable and dangerous.

The hotel is fresh, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean and bright , some rooms have balconies , we stayed a couple of times, the only inconvenience is there is no breakfast , tea is offered , coffee is also instant , unfortunately there is no coffee machine .
